Based on server Marshal’s recommendation, I tried the uni (sea urchin) spaghetti. Beyond awesome.More infoQuioraPrice: Expensive• Italian• Waikiki•4.4
- LCLC808vipHawaii •10 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoEverything was beautiful: weather, view, piano music and food service. Food was interesting and delicious. The only area they could improve would be the dessert selection. The kulolo crunch and the basque cheesecake were both bland. Enjoyed the coconut ice cream and fruit. The desserts at Dean & Deluca are way better. Other than that, it was a lovely experience.More infoLa ViePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• Waikiki•4.7
- EHEmmaHvipLondon •137 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a lovely dinner in this great little spot. We were attracted by the varied menu with lots of things we fancied. The oysters were delicious, as was the fish. Service was warm and helpful. The live music was great and - a rarity - not too loud.More infoMahina and Sun's - Surfjack HotelPrice: Expensive• Home cooking• Waikiki•4.5
- ASAshleySHawaii •1 review5.0Dined on Sep 25, 2024I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the afternoon tea service at Dean & Deluca, The Artisan Loft was perfect for those with a taste for savory and adventurous flavors. Priced at $60 per person, the five-course menu paired beautifully with a selection of premium teas, offering a unique and indulgent afternoon tea service. Beverages: The tea selection at The Artisan Loft is exceptional, featuring offerings from world-renowned brands. I began my meal with the fruity and floral Marco Polo tea by Mariage Frères (France), which was a perfect complement to the savory and bold dishes. For dessert, I chose La Pomme (apple tea), which was refreshing, with a crisp apple flavor that provided a delightful contrast to the richness of the desserts. Ambiance & Service: The serene and sophisticated ambiance at The Artisan Loft made for a relaxing and luxurious afternoon. Our server was nothing short of amazing—extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and wonderfully warm throughout the experience. Although I didn’t catch his name, I truly hope to see him again during my next visit when they unveil their next seasonal five-course menu. Tip for Local Kama’aina: If you’re a Hawaii resident, don’t forget to bring proof of residency to enjoy a $5 off Kama’aina discount on your afternoon tea! Overall: The Artisan Loft’s afternoon tea service is a must-visit for anyone seeking a savory and adventurous twist on traditional afternoon tea. With bold flavors, an expertly curated tea selection, and refined service, this experience was both memorable and satisfying. Whether you’re a tea enthusiast or simply looking for something unique, this is an afternoon tea worth returning to as they continuously introduce fresh, locally-inspired menus.More infoDean & Deluca Hawaii, The Artisan LoftPrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Waikiki•4.8

Discover Hawaii
Poke, poi, lomi-lomi–colorful luau dishes endure as the shining staples of Hawaiian dining. But that doesn’t mean there’s not a panoply of dining options to spark your appetite. When you need to escape the high noon sun, shaved ice shops are plentiful. And if you’re craving something light, afternoon tea service is artful eating at its best. Bean-to-bar chocolate is growing in popularity with the fertile soils of the Aina offering just the right conditions for cocoa plants to thrive. Whether it’s resort-style dining or casual cantina bites you’re after, when made with the spirit of Aloha, you’ll taste it.
