Got there 15 mins early but was seated 15 mins after my reservation. Steak was undercooked and all side items for my whole party were cold.
Had to wait 20 min past rez time
Mandy was an absolutely awesome server—very attentive and friendly. Kudos for a job well done. The seafood duo consisting of monchong in a teriyaki miso glaze, and swordfish in an herb buerre blanc sauce was outstanding. The monchong prepared Keoki’s way was also quite good. Cheeseburger sliders for the keiki’s were a popular choice. The hula pie presented complimentary to our 7 year old granddaughter for her birthday was enjoyed by all.
DELICIOUS food and great happy hour deals! The restaurant itself is also absolutely gorgeous, you sit surrounded by koi fish, waterfalls, flowers, and trees. The live music is also wonderful. Worth every penny (maybe even more after the great deals) in beauty and taste. If you are in Kauai you have to try it!
Excellent coconut shrimp and ahi!
Always enjoy. The only criticism is that they are never on time with the reservation. We arrive 5 minutes before the reserved time and wait 15 minutes or so for the table. 10 minutes past the time, if happened occasionally, would not be bad....but every time looks like a pattern. Getting past that, the food is excellent and the wait staff very good, but stretched a little thin. The servers don’t have enough time to spend at each of the tables they are responsible for. The ambiance is excellent and we always have a good time...will be back.
Always a wonderful evening, highly recommend for families and couples.
Servers were very kind and personable. Food, awesome. Ambience, terrific.
Great food and service and great surroundings. Would recommend to friends and family.
We have been especially impressed with the quality of the service at Keoki's two times we have dined there. The food is very good (and they have nice gluten-free options).
Good food and ambiance. Good value for Poipu area.
We had a lovely early dinner. Got there at 5:15 and tried the tasting menu (available from 4:45-5:30). We were lucky enough to get mahi mahi made two different ways for me and my boyfriend. Great food, great wine, great cocktails, and great value. Loved the ambiance. Service by Jason was also spot on. Mahalo!
The first time we came for dinner I thought it was great. So we booked a romantic dinner for Valentine’s Day. It was not so good. The waitress we had just could not be more inattentive. Having to ask twice for a drink was the start of the night. Everything else was just ok.
We have been coming for 30 plus years.
Always consistent quality
We continue to enjoy celebrating special occasions in Keoki’s. Our server, Tony, always makes our visit memorable. This Valentine’s Day me and my husband brought my Mother here for dinner and Tony made my Mom feel so welcome. My Mom is very impressed by the food and the service that Tony provided to us. My filet mignon is delicious, Mom’s risotto perfect and my husband’s prime rib continues to be the best. The hula pie was pure decadence. We will be back soon ♥️
We were a group of 12 and we all had great food this year. Recommend the calamari, coconut shrimp, seafood risotto and prime rib. Their famous Hula Pie shouldn’t be missed. Also, lovely Hawaiian decor that you get nowhere else in Poipu. Great service this year as well. Mahalo!
love the ambience. great food and exceptional service. They also take great care to avoid any food allergies you may have. #1 stop for us when in Kauai.
great table great service limited needsmenu wonderful server-took care of all our needs
We enjoyed a delicious dinner of excellent salads and fresh fish, well prepared and seasoned. Our server was attentive and friendly , describing the menu and the various preparation well. Only drawbacks were an overly sweet, yet weak margarita and a very cold table right next to the outdoors on a cold rainy night in February. We do plan to return, however, for the delicious native seafood.
Great food and atmosphere despite the rain outside!
Truly outstanding fish choices and preparations. Attentive friendly wait staff.
Everything about the place was very nice. My girlfriend had the Opa and it was amazing, my Prime Rib on the other hand, not so much. They comped the prime rib, I should have ordered fish. Next time.
We love this restaurant! The atmosphere is incredible and it feels like you are truly in paradise. Food was also excellent!
Loved the food and our server, Mara, was excellent! We were away from the road, on an inside booth, so the noise level was not bad. (My husband has trouble with background noise and had no complaints. So five stars. 😊) very reasonably priced and a walk away from our condo. Highly recommend!!!
The food was great. Joann was our server. She was awesome. Very attentive and nice. One of the managers came by a couple of times to check on us as well. They do a great job.
Very good food and very pretty place. Our server, Roger, was exceptional!
You know it was a bit overrated
Great food. and service . We both had meals off the sampler menu, each a different preparation of swordfish. Just the right serving sizes and cooked perfectly. We will definitely eat here again.
Super fun place to get some great seafood. Hopping atmosphere with open air ambiance and varied levels of seating so that it doesn't seem over crowded. Good and friendly service. Diverse menu at reasonable prices.
We came just to eat their famous hula pie, and got great food and service with it. A place we always dine at when we vacation here.
Even though we were staying up in Princeville, we made sure to make a trip to Poipu and dinner at Keoki's. The Barefoot Bar is fun, but we love dinner in the restaurant side. First- instead of regular bread before your meal, they bring the most delicious pineapple carrot muffins. Amost like dessert! My husband ordered the mac nut and panko crusted fresh catch (Monchong) and I had the seafood rissotto. Both were delicious. The rissotto is rich with so much seafood in it- I could easily get 3 meals from that one dish (especially if I have a couple of muffins first!). What made the evening fun was our server. We've had him for past visits. His name is Jeff, and he's terrific- friendly, funny, helpful and great service! Can't wait to return!
We’ve been to Keoki’s many times and the food is always delicious with great service. Jason was a patient server and did a great job taking care of us.
For the price, the food quality and service could have been better. Our prime rib was excellent but the crab cakes were not as good as I expected.
Food was okay. Entertainment kind of loud.
Great for fresh fish. We had mong chong and it was exquisite. Best crab cakes.
Barbara was a great waitress who knew the difference between the fish dishes and she had a friendly attitude. We are looking forward to visiting again.
Fresh fish was very good. Server was very enthusiastic!
Busy corner w TVs scattered throughout the restaurant made for a loud crowd. We had dinner but no alcohol which seemed to irritate the server. After that service was a bit too brisk and twice brought the wrong order to the table. Probably wouldn't go back.
Keoki's paradise was a pleasant surprise. I was hesitant to eat here but the reviews lead me to make a reservation for a family dinner. Not only did they have our table ready at the appointed time but they had us near the side and back of the restaurant (we had three kids with us-can I get an AMEN). The drinks were unique and delicious, the food was island inspired and well prepared and the service was MUCH better than excellent. The waiter did many things on his own accord to keep my children occupied (wiki stix, cups of cherries, jokes), not to mention the atmosphere inside and the live music were added bonuses. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful dinner and the waitress was so good about my food allergies. I felt very taken care of.
We always love our dinners at Keoki’s. Their fresh fish options are the best and don’t forget the Hula pie dessert.
