The lobster was outstanding, my salad was great and the service was cordial, efficient and knowledgeable!

We always enjoy the great food and tropical atmosphere.

As others mentioned service was slow and more help could help improve this cool restaurant. Our server forgot our drink order. We barely had any water when our food arrived. She rushed our cocktails to us. Our food was very good, but we were shocked there was no bread or parmigiana cheese on the table. The restaurant did comp our drinks and give us a piece of cake since it was our anniversary. It was a nice meal.

Roy's is always the best! Seriously, from the ambiance to the food, to the wait staff. Everyone always make our time there special. We always get the Hawaiian Martini! It's a go to favorite when we are in Waikoloa! Mahalo Roy's!

Fantastic on every level. The unique elegant setting on the beach, creative excellent food, and good service. One would be hard pressed to beat an evening here. Just be advised that the line at 5:30 to be seated was poorly organized and a tad slow, many there at that time for sunset dining.
