   SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. This dining room has been renovated to include as many of the historic original pieces possible, from the original 1909 build of this historic landmark. Chef Luigi’s style of cuisine is Italian, although he has multiple areas in which his culinary magic shines.
