The Arrogant Butcher has a great menu and the Pretzel with Cheese Fondu is to die for. Service was fantastic and fun. The fish and chips were awesome. The only complaint I had was not as much the fault of the restaurant, but more with the parking. The Arrogant Butcher validates parking, but there seemed to be no way to use the validation upon leaving the Cityscape parking garage. You have to slide a credit card to get in and a card to get out, but $15.00 later we could not find the way to let the kiosk (no live attendant there) know we had validated parking.

This was the perfect spot for celebrating 17 years of marriage!! Not only was the staff attentive, they made us feel genuinely celebrated. The food matched the authenticity of the staff and was delicious from the first bite to the last. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a great experience for a special occasion!

Food is always great. It came out pretty fast too. Only complaint is that our server never came back to check if everything was ok. I ran out of tea for quite a while and had to get up and ask another server to get me some. HOWEVER, the waiter apologized that I had to do that and gave us a discount. I will always return to a business that makes up for mistakes. That's good customer service.
