Delicious food. Cool atmosphere, watching the planes next door. Great service. We arrived 20 mins earlier than our reservation and got seated immediately. Would definitely recommend.
Loved our experience at Mesa Grill. Up in Sedona for the weekend from Phoenix to celebrate a birthday. We made a reservation a few weeks in advance which I would highly recommend. Service was great and they were very accommodating for our pup as well. They even have a specific menu for your dog. We loved it and will definitely be back next time we are in Sedona!
Its a wonderful venue with nice views and menus by Chef Mercer. We'll be back!
Food very tasty while still a good value. Excellent wait staff
Food was good, portions were good. Service was attentive. We had a variety off of the dinner menu: steak, fish, calamari, chocolate pie. All was good. Nothing was really outstanding though. The view was very nice. It could’ve been better if they lifted the shades after the sun went down.
Enjoy watching the planes and food and service are always amazing
The food and service were very great. It’s a very busy place with limited parking. Be sure to make reservations.
A must stop when you’re in Sedona! Book ahead of time to make sure you can get a reservation!
Breakfast is fabulous, but any time of day, you won’t be disappointed 🥰
Food was tasty but portions a bit too large. Service needs to be tightened up-took a long time after we were seated to get server to the table for drink orders and then they forgot one of our drinks-didn’t get it until after entrée arrived and had to flag the server down to ask for it.
Definitely would come back...great atmosphere and good food and so convenient to where we were staying!
Excellent breakfast and fabulous service with Ryan.
Kelly ~waitress very good. Food-excellent View- awesome
Great place to eat a little off the busy sections of Sedona.
Mark - appreciate you accommodating our table request and holding on to it since we were running late!!!
Paola - ¡Muchas gracias por el excelente servicio y por ayudarnos con nuestras limitaciones dietéticas! ¡Hiciste que nuestro día fuera especial!
Chef - as usual - flavor, presentation & execution were Tip Top. Thank you thank you thank you!
The food was very good & our waiter was fantastic. We did the wine tasting flats. We had the Southwest Caesar Salad, the Chicken Schnitzel, Lobster tails & Southwest Chicken Pasta. All very good.
Fantastic sight lines from the outdoor patio, only reason I would recommend this establishment. Food was so-so, and our waiter seemed like he would rather be anywhere else, but here.
Our waiter Jesus was great! Super friendly. The views and ambiance of the restaurant were lovely. However the food was just ok. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer which was good, but my main entree, fish & chips, was under seasoned. Plus the peach spritzer was so-so. In the future I’d only return for drinks and the view.
Excellent food and service
A great view with great food and you can watch aircraft take off and land at the airport.
Breakfast was delicious with and interesting yet flavorful take on juevos rancheros. The breakfast steak on green chili grits was also delectable.
Dinner was great! We are vegetarians and the food was amazing!
Carlos was our server and he was great. The food was excellent, especially the fries; I read that they were great and they were exceptional! We watched the clouds and rain come in as we ate. It was quite a view.
Best restaurant for food, ambiance and service we at during our stay in Sedona!
Simple menu but our choices were good. White cheddar hamburger and ribs were our entrees. We also enjoyed calamari.
The food was great, however, the service was lacking. We realize the restaurant was understaffed, but we had to flag down our server to order another drink and then our food. At times it took several minutes to get her attention. After finally ordering, we sat for an hour waiting for our food as we watched the table next to us vacate, be reseated and watched the new diners complete their meals. My husband finally got up and went to the hostess to request our drink check. Shortly thereafter our food arrived. The server said she had reminded the kitchen four times about our food and was told they were ‘working on it’. She apologized and said the manager would be over. We finished eating and the manager never appeared. We aren’t the type to cause a commotion or to request a free meal for the inconvenience, so we paid the check and left, very disappointed in the experience as we had called a week in advance to make our reservation.
I was really excited to visit this restaurant with such great reviews. Great location and facility. The hostess basically ignored us when we walked up and went somewhere else- never stating that she would be right back. About 5 minutes later, she came back and seated us. Waitress was fine- just kind of stale. The lighting over our table (vaulted industrial type ceiling) was so dim that I had to adjust the menu off to my side to see it clearly. We both ordered the 6 ounce filet. I really don't know what happened to that filet, but it was grainy, not tender and just not worth what we paid. Maybe the beef in AZ is different from our beef in AR. The other weird item that showed up was a plate of corn on the cob to the side- not part of the dinner we ordered and it had a cheese sauce? Never an explanation- just an ear of corn- everyone had one. My homemade salted caramel gelato was good- but had blueberries on top- just strange. My overall impression was not that great. Maybe breakfast would have been a better time to visit.
The service was excellent. My wife is an excellent cook with family in the restaurant industry. She agreed with me that our entrees were delicious. An added bonus: We saw a WWII B-25 bomber land on the active runway while we were having dinner!
Amazing, must go in sedona
We especially enjoyed the tableside guac and ribs!
Great views, excellent atmosphere, friendly & competent staff. However, we were underwhelmed with the seasonings on our two entrees. I recommend a visit, but avoid the chicken schnitzel and the blackened salmon.
Eddie was our server. He was fabulous. A very special dinner with my son.
We enjoy the local atmosphere and excellent food at a very comfortable price. We always recommend this restaurant.
Wonderful!! On top of the world sits this restaurant with cathedral rock in view. Watch planes ✈️ take off and land while you eat amazing and delicious yummy food!!
We booked this several weeks in advance for special birthday dinner. I had read that this was the place to have a sunset dinner, however you are unable to view the sunset when seated inside. It was fun however watching the planes takeoff & land. The food was outstanding, as was the service. Highly recommend!
Great cocktails and service was spot on. The salmon was extremely dry. Probably the worst salmon I ever had. Husband had the ribeye and said it was good, but nothing special.
The food and service was very good. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we all had a wonderful evening
SO glad I booked a reservation here, for lunch, on our last day of vacation!! I ordered a prickly pear margarita, excellent!! I asked our waitress her opinion on what food to order, i had 3 choices, she recommended the smashed burger….OMG, it was great!! They are overpriced but you know what, YOLO, I didn’t mind because I felt like it was worth it & you get a lot of food! The ONLY issue I had, I asked for a 2nd drink, she had even acknowledged that I asked for one (when I asked), the next thing I know she brought us our bill ☹️ Oh well….
Definitely recommend trying Mesa Grill at least once!
Good food - very crowded - be sure to have a reservation
Friendly hostess. Slow bartender. RBF server. Food is not worth it- quality and Price do not meet expectations. Best bet is to line up at bar for a cocktail to take out back.
Outstanding kitchen, and since I’m an aviation enthusiast, loved the location overlooking the Sedona airport.
