Mesa Grill Sedona is a southwest style grill serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily as well as Brunch on the weekends. Our menu features numerous classics such as Eggs Benedict & Huevos Ranchers for breakfast, Carolina Pulled Pork Barbecue, Shrimp & Grits and Salmon Asada are some lunch-time favorites as well as Fish & Chips, St. Louis style Pork Ribs, hand-cut Steak & fresh Seafood for dinner. We feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices and offer a Doggie Menu for our furry friends which are welcome on our enclosed patio. We have a full bar and feature some amazing signature cocktails, local beers on tap and a fabulous selection of wines from around the world, all surrounded by the beautiful red rock of Sedona. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and a cocktail or do some amazing star gazing after dinner. Reservation Encouraged for all meal periods.

Having lived in Southern California for a couple of decades I was very aware of the Mesa Grill but never made it there so when I saw the Mesa Grill in Sedona I immediately made a reservation. The ambience and views are incredible. We started out with the MG Ceaser salad is not to be missed. All locally sourced ingredients. There were ingredients I wasn’t familiar with and it was crunchy. The dressing complex and savory. Addictive! My wife had the blackened salmon which she raved about and gave me a taste. Never had I tasted salmon like this! The southwestern flavors incredible! My entree was the southwestern chicken pasta. I looked over the menu but my eyes kept coming back to the chicken pasta because of the unique ingredients. Words cannot describe how good and satisfying this dish is! Large portions and a doggie bag for the leftovers. The garlic bread was fresh and delicious. No room for dessert.

windows, doors were visibly filled with hand prints and smears, throughout the restaurant. We didn’t want to touch them to enter off leave. The Mountain View was very nice. My husband liked the chicken schnitzel. My soup was good. The hummus was very salty.

Celebrating my husband at Mesa Grill! The food was exceptional, ribs, kale salad, ice cream dessert, and cocktails were superb! Ernesto was our server, great service and atmosphere! The host (did not get his name) was amazing, and let is move to a quieter table- definitely appreciated that! We enjoyed so much we will definitely go back!

This was the best meal we had while in Sedona. Many people we know recommended the restaurant. We loved that it was unpretentious but excellent chef-inspired fresh food.

We had just got engaged 2 hours prior to our reservation and they were sooooooo excited for us. We had great service, amaaaaaaaazing food and the atmosphere was incredible. We will definitely be back every time we’re back in beautiful Sedona.
