Gilbert’s to take advantage of their gift card promotion and to celebrate our son's lucky win in the St. Jude's Lottery Drawing. As always, the experience was outstanding. I ordered the Copper River Salmon, available for a limited time—it was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The creamed corn was a standout; the kernels were clearly sliced directly from the cob, with a few still partially attached—fresh, sweet, and delicious. The Poblano Au Gratin Potatoes get better every year—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. We also requested Ash as our server.
