The restaurant had great food but terrible service. Our drinks (including alcohol) sat empty without refills. We were never even asked if we wanted another drink and were not checked on until after our food was done. Dessert took a very long time (around 30 minutes) from when we ordered to when it was delivered. The waitress was very unprofessional and did not seem to care at all. It made the overall aura of the restaurant go down.

I love Cooper's Hawk restaurants. This one is fairly new & still haven't gotten their service down yet. I have eaten at this location 3 times in the last 4 months & service has been extremely slow each time. Last night in particular, it took 20 minutes to get our first round of drinks plus 10 more for water. Each time someone ordered a new drink, it took at least 10-12 minutes. Food service was a little faster this time than the other times. Food was very good. Hoping that service issues will be taken care of soon.

We love their appetizers especially their pot stickers and brussel sprouts. I tried their drunken shrimp last night and it was very good although I thought the spring might be larger than they were. Wine was great - had an expresso martini and it was great!

Cooper’s Hawk is one of our faves, but this is our first trip to Northland location. Food was great, very comparable to the Plaza location. Our server, Danielle did a great job. We could tell she had a lot of tables but she didn’t ever act too busy or frazzled. We appreciated her attention! The lobby area was nice and open and had much more room to browse wine selections than the plaza location. My only reason for deducting stars is that the dining room ambiance was much less appealing to us than the plaza location. It honestly made me think more of a lower budget chain restaurant. Otherwise, we still enjoyed our dinner and would go back, but would be more likely to visit the plaza location.

Went there to celebrate my birthday with my wife and friends. We did the wine tasting first. Tried some really good wine. Then we went and had dinner there. The food was very delicious. The waitress was very cordial and helpful. Will definitely be going there again. A very enjoyable experience.
