Blue Springs is technically in the Midwest, but the food is on hundred percent southern. Breakfast restaurants serve farm fresh eggs, crispy bacon, and fluffy buttermilk biscuits that will have you swearing you're at Tara. The neighborhood has plenty of small, family owned barbecue joints that the locals love for their large portion size and slow smoked goodness. There are also a good variety of delis and cafe's that serve traditional lunch options like club sandwiches and lunch options for the more adventurous like shrimp tacos or pad thai. You wont have to look far for dinner either- there are tons of restaurants, bars and pubs open late to accommodate you.
