Restaurants near White Oak Plaza Shopping Center

This is a well managed, energetic restaurant. I watched the staff during our stay, and they were always moving about and busy, not standing around. This is a credit to the managers who were also moving around and helping the staff. Our server, and I regret not getting her name, was outstanding- always smiling, joking with us, and handling our needs quickly and expertly. One of the best servers I have seen in a long time. The food, as always, was excellent. I made reservations since we had 6 in our party and we got in right away- with a table set aside for us. A great experience.

We had a great time! The food was very good and our server was attentive and informative! The restaurant was very pretty but very loud. The Plaza location has done a better job of baffling sound.

I loved this spot! We will definitely go back! Ambience had a cool vibe. Amazing decor, and the panoramic views of the plaza in Kansas City are jaw-dropping. The drinks were delicious and the food was great. We ordered a variety of bites to try. Our service was a little slow, but that was OK because we were just there to relax. The prices were a little high, but I understand that this is a more elevated experience and restaurant. 

Staff are amazing, they really go the extra mile. Our food has been fabulous. This was our fourth visit in 6 weeks.

Hereford House Independence has wonderful food and service. Steaks were cooked to perfection and sides were delicious. Our server was super friendly and helpful. It's just an enjoyable experience to dine there. We treated our grandson and his girlfriend and they loved it all. They did the 2 for 1 meal and thought it was great. The prime rib happened to the special on Monday and it was perfect. So much that I brought leftovers home and enjoyed the meal again for lunch. Wife had the Petit Oscar and said it was very tender and tasty.
