Mr. Baan’s Bar and Mookata is a place to gather and share unique cocktails, wine, and spirits while feasting on charcoal grilled Thai barbecue.
Mookata translates is “cook it yourself” barbecuing experience. It consists of a domed grill surrounded by a moat of broth, which is enriched by the drippings of the meat. A mookata set comes with various marinated meats, vegetables, eggs, and dippings sauces. Come enjoy Mookata on Mr. Baan's patio which has misters when it's hot or heaters when it's col.
Mr. Baan's is run by Yotaka and Alex Martin.

SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors.
