Each tasting comes with 3 cocktail and chocolate pairings. Tastings start at 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm Wednesdays and Thursdays and 6:30 pm, 8:30 pm, and 10:30 pm Fridays and Saturdays and are approximately 90 minutes per tasting.

I had the Maple plank salmon but substituted the skinny fries for the broccoli since I avoid lemon, parmesan cheese and broccoli. Cooked medium with a soy glaze. It was excellent. I took half of the salmon home for dinner. My friend ordered the pan seared redfish and though it says lightly blackened she thought the outside was a bit hard but the flavor was good.
