This small space serves up one of the best brunches in the city. The menu is all authentic Italian dishes like fine hand cut egg pasta with butter and sage or braised lamb risotto with rosemary and balsamico. It's a very sophisticated space but you'll also feel like you're in an intimate setting with just your date or group of friends. Order one of the amazing entrees and a bottle of wine and you’ll never want to leave.

Wild Ginger serves Pan-Asian cuisine that ranges from China to Indonesia to offer a full range of flavors for diners. The kitchen uses the freshest ingredients and covers many different flavor profiles - and they make many of their sauces and chilis from scratch. It's a lovely brunch spot for anyone who loves all types of Asian food because you get to sample many different cuisines at once. You can order skewers off the satay bar, starters like Siam lettuce cups and entrees like Hanoi Tuna, Nam's Lamb Chops or Green Curry Chicken. It's like a culinary tour around the continent! Plus, it is situated in pretty nice digs - the restaurant has high ceilings and a modern, swanky vibe.

The Pink Door is perhaps the most magnificent dining experience in Seattle. It's best for a special occasion because it can get pricey - but they really pull out all the stops for you! The restaurant has a secret entrance, great service, and the occasional acrobat suspended high above you on trapeze rings. The menu is haute cuisine Italian food and it lives up to the hype. Start with the Bruschetta or the Grilled Octopus Antipasti, try one of the homemade pastas like the Bucatini or classic Pappardelle al Ragu Bolognese and ask about the Northwest Fish of the Day - they change it up regularly.

Shaker and Spear feature small plates for sharing, including egg dishes and seafood for brunch. The space is clean and sparse and the staff is very friendly and attentive - but the energy remains super relaxed so it is great for a date or a laid-back group hang. Their menu features small bites and standard brunch fare but they throw in a few wild cards like Greek Lamb Meatballs, a Dungeness Crab Cake and Smoked Trout for good measure. Plus, once brunch is over, you can continue on to Pennyroyal next door for a post-brunch cocktail before heading home for a nap.

Noi Thai takes the Thai dining experience up a notch in Seattle. Most other Thai spots are pretty divey, but walking in here feels like you have entered a royal palace! The regal decor sets the stage for a lovely brunch, especially if you want some authentic ethnic food. They love to do a fancy presentation, too! Spring rolls come inside a wine glass, their satay comes on a slate board, and their fried rice comes in a hollowed-out pineapple. They open at noon on the weekends so show up early to get a great seat for brunch.
