Owners Luis Raga and Raul Aguilera brings you their vision of a casual bar/restaurant in Spain: a fun and unpretentious spot to gather friends, family, or dates. We bring you flavors from all over Spain, the concept is tapas and paellas to be shared at the table. You'll see dishes come on and off the menu often and while we offer a broad selection of dishes, due to our small kitchen, certain tapas will run out during the service. Don’t miss our Happy hour Mon-Fri 5-6pm ONLY on BAR & HIGH TOPS for heavily discounted tapas and drinks.
Also, make sure to check our back patio, it will transport you to a warm summer night of the south of Spain.
If driving street parking could be tricky, check out the SF general hospital parking structure just 2 blocks away from the restaurant. If coming from the East Bay or Peninsula location is just a few blocks from the freeway (exit Cesar Chavez/Potrero on the 80 freeway). The nearest Bart station is at Potrero & 24th, a 15-minute walk.

This SF institution never disappoints, and this visit was exceptional. Celebrating a birthday, the restaurant had a birthday card waiting at the table and was acknowledged both upon arrival and at seating by the staff. Aimee was our server and she was the epitome of excellence. She expertly and warmly guided us through our dining decisions resulting in a wonderful lunch. The Oysters are always a highlight to the well balanced menu offering some mainstay favorites as well as seasonal offerings.

Overall great food and good ambiance. Waiter was very knowledgeable about menu and accommodated some of our specific food requests. Had to wait 20 mins to be seated despite having a reservation, but restaurant was very kind/apologetic and provided an appetizer on the house which was very appreciated.

Everything was delicious! There were 4 of us and we shared all of the starters. We all especially loved the scallops in the turmeric cream sauce, the shrimp deviled egg & the octopus salad. We each ordered one of the 4 entree dishes and they were all good. One of the ladies in the party had a birthday; we ordered dessert and Gola surprised us with a birthday treat and sparkling beverage to celebrate. Excellent evening repast!

Discover Mission

The heart of San Francisco’s vibrant Latin American culture, the Mission is a dynamic neighborhood that has evolved at near-record speed. The booming restaurant scene is comprised of high-end steakhouses, rooftop bars, and concept bistros, as well as classic taquerias and fruit markets that have shaped the neighborhood for decades. Valencia Street is also awash with artisan-made clothing and home furnishing boutiques, in addition to its pricey pour-over coffee shops. Nearby, young professionals and longtime residents sun themselves on the hills of Dolores Park.
