   We loved it. I gave it 4 stars because while the food was good it wasn’t a 5 star level. The pasta was good not great and the halibut cerviche was good but not great. The place is really fun and upbeat, artsy, with a fun vibe. Our server was wonderful as were the two guys at the front.

   Fantastic!!! Every dish that came from the kitchen was well executed! It was my sons birthday and they had a card for him when he arrived, and a lovely dessert with a candle. Highly recommended!!

    There were 4 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The cocktails Romancing the Stone one spicy one not were very good. The Cabernet franc was really yummy. Enough could not be said about the fried chicken. The tuna was cooked to perfection and everything accompanied it. The pork chop was very good. Dessert was delicious the chocolate mousse, the grancia and the cookies. A great way to end the night. We weren’t rushed which was appreciated.

    We went for brunch and they seemed understaffed for servers to take orders. We received our drinks quickly but it took awhile for him to take our order with us waiting some time. I’ve been there a few times and the service was much better so we figured it was staffing issues on a weekend.

    Our server, Harmony, went above and beyond. He took great care of us and we had a memorable meal because of him. The food and wine was a hit and the ambiance was amazing as usual. Great place to take our parents who were visiting from out of town.

    They welcomed our service dog and the staff were friendly and accommodating with recognizing the allergies through the entire dinning experience. Which is How a restaurant and it’s staff should conduct them selves during open hours. Delicious food and we had a fun time. A experience to remember. Thank you Foreign Cinema!

    The food was unequal. The carrots starter was delicious, the pasta too but very small portion. The curry wasn’t great. Desserts were scrumptious. But overall quite expensive compared to the quality.

    I had wanted to go to Foreign Cinema for years and finally decided to take my best friend for Sunday Brunch. The food was good, the ambiance was chill but unique, the host and runners were all pleasant but our server was very crabby and did not provide us with good service. He was pretty rude to be honest. It affected our experience and I'm not sure I would go back.

    Exquisite quality food (from the texture of the bread of our wonderful French toast to the perfect consistency of the omelette with raclette and Comte), and impeccable service for brunch. This is the place I will take all of my most selective, discerning and international guests.

    The restaurant decor and ambiance is incredible. The food was delicious but the servings were small. I had the curry chicken and hummus. It was delicious. The others in my party stated that their servings were too small. One had the shrimp cocktail and heated olives. It was too expensive for the serving size. They were happy with the taste though. Our waiter told us that the menu changes daily so if you are up to not knowing what you will find in menu options then you will be happy. The neighborhood is questionable but once inside the restaurant you feel like you are transported into a different place. Parking is not readily available. There is only street parking and the nice host told us there is a garage nearby but we couldn’t find it. If you are looking for a parking adventure then you will find it here. It might be best to Uber to the restaurant if that is not what you are looking for. Overall, I loved the restaurant environment and attention to detail. It was lively and fun.

    We were very impressed with the preparation and presentation of the meats (fried chicken and pork chop). The flavors were good and the waitress did a great job describing each. However, the side dishes were average at best.

    AMAZING service. Food came out quick and perfectly timed. Had the Waygu and it was delicious. Prices were reasonable and the interior was very well designed. Moderate noise level but could easily talk to each other (inside). Overall would absolutely go again for any occasion.

    Food was really good. I ordered the green eggs which were good but could have added a slice of sourdough toast just to add something to eat them with. The matchstick fries were so matchstick you could barely see them.. atmosphere is loud but fun.. hostess was attentive and nice.
