- WWilliamvipSan Francisco Bay Area •68 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI've eaten at Dalida several times and have given it top ratings for its excellent, flavorful food. food, as well as its friendly service. This was the first time that one of the dishes was off. The Su Borek was described as fluffy, which indeed it usually is. But what came was thick, gooey, and tasteless. This was a big surprise, because everything else was at the usual level of outstanding. I still give Dalida a top rating, because only one miss out of many dishes is still excellent.More infoDalidaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Presidio•4.7

- SSamanthaSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOur server, Ben, was amazing. He seemed to have a 6th sense about when he was needed and when he wasn't. We never felt hovered over or ignored. Considering how busy it always is there, there was minimal wait time for our food. While the tenderness and flavor of the meat cannot be overstated, I'm not a fan of fatty meat. So, I recommend avoiding the Henry the 8th cut unless you are. If you're still hungry after your meal, they can give you a complimentary additional thin slice of meat. But, with the generous portions, salad, and bread, that is unlikely. The desserts are phenomenal. My partner and I shared the Trifle and there is no other word to describe it except scrumptious. The subtly sweet whipped cream, tart berries, and spongy cake all work so well together. It's got Grand Marnier in it, so prepare for a spoonful or two to have a bit more kick. But, that's just how the alcohol settles and there's no helping it. If my wallet (and the restaurant's availability) would allow it, I would eat there every night.More infoHouse of Prime RibPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Civic Center / Hayes Valley / Van Ness•4.9
- SSharonSan Francisco Bay Area •29 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoFrom the moment the door opened at Spruce, we knew we were in for a treat! Warm greetings, beautiful dark and moody decor, lovely atmosphere. Every bite of the 3-course pre fixe menu was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to dessert. The cocktails were creative and were a great way to start our evening. Service was attentive but not rushed. Spruce is a special place… can’t wait to dine there again!More infoSprucePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Presidio Heights•4.8
