Menu highlights include light and refreshing dishes such as Wagyu Tataki with house kimchee, yuzu kosho and savory soy or Tuna Takaki with fire roasted peppers + ponzu, to bolder flavors such as Smoked Pastrami Short Rib with toasted rye, fire roasted kimchi + yuzu pickles. Our service was excellent and the manager went above and beyond after we meandered away without our leftovers to take home. When we realized we had left them, we went back and they had already been tossed. However, the manager insisted on making us a fresh dish to take home. That is categorized as “unreasonable hospitality”. And if you haven’t read that book, read it!! Good customer service makes all the difference!
