Difficult to identify some of the choices of foods.

Incredible seafood buffet- the large peeled shrimp were awesome. Loved the huge selection of sides and entrees. The dessert selections were terrific. Great holiday atmosphere and excellent waiter and staff. If in the area it’s worth it. Hotel also has holiday displays and fireplaces and a spectacular view at sunset.

We were in Asheville on vacation. Blue Ridge was reccomended by a couple we met. We had reservations at 7:30 on Saturday November 11th. Was seated immediately. Cannot remember our servers name but he was great. Older Hispanic guy. The food was great. The service was awesome. Will definitely be back

Lovely buffet that was more wedding or banquet style than what you would expect for a restaurant buffet. Very clean and moderately sized serving dishes so there was a constant flow of fresh everything. There were manned stations for prime rib, risotto and bananas foster. Plenty of hot and cold options for everyone. Great dessert options.

I took my sister to the saedood buffet as a thank you for being so kind to me after surgery. We rarely have time to spend just the two of us and it was perfect. She had not eaten at BRDR before and loved it. The Grove Park Inn is such a beautiful place and to our surprise was Christmas ready. The food was very good and the service was fun, friendly, and the right touch of personable. Of course it was on the expensive side, but definitely worth it!!

The younglady who sat us down was very nice and even gave us a tour of the seafood buffet. That why in service i rate it a two. Other then that everything was poor. Our waitress never gave us any attention and we waited approx 20min and never got served anything, not even greeted. A Group of ladies sat down in front of me and they got served in less then 5 min. My wife and I decided to leave.

Great buffet brunch in a grand style & scale. Service was attentive without being “stuffy” given the grand hotel.

Only regret was not having the wonderful window vistas which is a reason to book well in advance to ensure a “table with the window view.” Otherwise it’s a very good weekend/Sunday brunch.

Very large buffet style brunch. Large restaurant designed for huge groups. The mountain view is about the only redeeming quality. The food is OK. Overpriced. The wait is moderate even with reservations. The service depends on the individual. Our host was great, our server was underwhelming. The buffet is pure chaos as there is no line, system, etc. and there are too many people all at once. Come here to enjoy the view outside but there are plenty of other brunch options in Asheville. Skip this one.

Although just going to Grove Park Inn is a treat in itself, the whole ambiance of the hotel and Sunday brunch is an experience everyone should try. I made my usual yearly trip there with my parents yesterday to celebrate their 53rd anniversary. In the past everything had been extraordinary, from the cleanliness, to the wait staff, to the quality of food. I was somewhat disappointed this year as to the quality of the food. The food selection was still top notch but tasted as though it had been prepared a bit too early. Most of the food was cold or cool, and some was dried out and tasted like it had been prepared for a while. I could understand this if it had been later in the day but not at noon, the start of brunch. A little disappointing for a 40.00 meal. May have to make a change in plans for next year and try something else Asheville has to offer.

My wife and I were looking forward to this experience, based on the Open Table promotion of it, especially the view. It was a very disappointing meal, with food that was largely forgettable. We were there at 7 PM, October 26th, so were too late in the day for a view. Couldn't really see anything outside to speak of. The staff were very nice, and the service was good, but I certainly can't recommend this place based on the food itself, and it was extremely expensive. We each had a buffet and a glass of tea, and it was almost $100 before the tip!

My Wife and I have been to the BlueRidge restaurant on several occasions and have been very, very pleased. The Waitress wasn’t nearly as good as the gentleman that we had in August who was EXCELLENT. Overall, we will continue to go there because it is so romantic, the food is excellent, and the view is beautiful.
