First time at Topsoil and it did not disappoint. My friend and I both had the fish special - Halibut. The fish was seasoned perfectly, laying on a bed of locally sourced vegetables. Every bite was different but equally delicious.
We started with a table of appetizers and honestly could have stopped with that, it was

We had just a few drinks on the outside patio, which was perfectly set with distancing for the virus. The live music was great, the service nice and comforting. The water-fountains in front are a great display, only drawback is a bit of a noise impact.
