    Service was slow , but restaurant was busy ! Jessica was our server she did okay, food was excellent as always. Very loud group of men next to us which was disappointing, but We will be back in couple of weeks !

    Always go to Ruth Chris when visiting Cherokee food is usually good this time my salmon was under cooked and when they brought it back it was still under cooked in the middle by then my wife was almost done eating. The server was very nice and apologetic, and the manager was nice and comp my meal, which I was very appreciative off and that's why I continue to go back. They seem to take care of their customers!

    Darlings Ruth’s Chris used to be the spot in my dining routine reliable, refined, and worth every penny. But these last few visits? A complete fall from grace. Let’s start with the highlight: the server great and Mrs Kimberly was warm, attentive, and the only reason I didn’t walk out mid-meal. She deserves better than what that kitchen is sending out. Now, onto the tragic tale of my dinner. I ordered the garlic-crusted sea bass and immediately clocked something was off. I asked if it was fresh the server hesitated, sighed, then confirmed it had been frozen. Fabulous. $50 for a bland, defrosted fillet pretending to be gourmet. The creamed spinach was the real punchline no cream, just a sad pile of wilted, tasteless leaves. Honestly, I’ve had more flavour from a cup of boiled water. And the garlic mashed potatoes? Utterly forgettable. Barely seasoned, no depth, just mash doing the bare minimum. It’s clear the focus has shifted from quality to quantity. The pride in preparation, the finesse, the soul of the food it’s all gone dear. They’re moving plates like it’s a fast-casual chain, not a fine dining institution. Yes darlings, the champagne was lovely crisp, cold, and the only thing that didn’t disappoint. But I can’t drink enough bubbly to excuse a frozen fish and limp spinach masquerading as quality. At these prices, the food should be qualityfood. Instead, it’s a lesson in lowered standards. Sadly, I won’t be returning. Ruth’s Chris darling, you’ve lost the plot and a loyal customer.

    The host was awesome and the server went above and beyond. The food was fabulous! Overall, 5-star service and 5-star food!

    Always a great experience at Ruth Chris. Especially enjoy the chopped salad and the newly returned fire roasted corn to the menu. Great service and especially our waiter Mitch. He is the best.
