The Farehouse is located in the heart of the historic Taylors Mill’s Dock No. 3. The mill began its life as the Southern Bleachery and Piedmont Print Works during the height of the Greenville area’s reign as the Textile Capital of the World. Closing as a mill in 1965, the building found a variety of partial uses until revitalization efforts began in the mid 2000s. While many mill revitalization projects have converted mills into condos and other residential projects, the Taylors Mill is proud to be the largest grassroots project of its kind in the upstate of South Carolina. Excellent breakfast platters! The eggs were cooked exactly as ordered. So was the bacon. The sausage was as it were homemade. The prices were reasonable. Outside in the alley, it was really quiet.

This gem of a restaurant is the best kept secret in Greenville! If you love beautiful food and pasta, do not miss this spot. Everyone in our party of four raved about their dish. If you love beets as we do, don’t miss the beet salad also the bread! Best salad ever . Specialty cocktails good and a limited but well selected wine offering. We look forward to returning very soon. Oh, don’t want to forget to mention our wonderful personality plus waitress.
