Restaurants near Bent Creek Experimental Station

We very much appreciated the courtesy and care with which every single staff member treated us. My husband loved every single dish he ordered. I am vegetarian and would have loved to see more options than just one. Even the one that they have, the tri-color cauliflower - it was excellent the first day but on second day, it was just boiled cauliflowers and had no taste. The pasta dish on another night was quite good. In my experience, few American restaurants serve a tasty vegetarian dish but few that do, are superb. Perhaps try another recipe? The breakfast was always more than excellent. Lots of choices. We always ordered from the menu and everything tasted great. Overall we had wonderful experience. Unfortunately, Helene hit NC during our week at the Biltmore Inn. During these devastating times, the staff was still always very pleasant and courteous - even though they weren't able to go home and must have had many things on their minds. Even when the hotel converted to Shelter, the food was, while all cold, really wonderful. This was a wonderful experience for us in every way, in terms of the overall staff, meals as well as ambiance. Definitely something to be experienced at least once. This was our first stay at the Inn and second visit to the Biltmore House.

I would highly recommend this option. It was a great atmosphere, excellent service, and the food was delicious.

Good menu with varied entrees, good quality food and solid service. Overall good value. Wish the decor was better, looks and feels like what it is which is a plain vanilla hotel restaurant.

Went to P.F. Chang’s while in Asheville Friday night. The food was great, cocktails were very good, and our server Hurley was excellent. He helped me decide which chicken entree to order, and gave insight to the rewards program which I had signed up for a few days earlier. Would definitely recommend going here when in the Asheville area.
