It is essentially coming up and interjecting. May I help you or, are you ready to order? Often interrupting people mid sentence. This is not simply this restaurant, but I’m finding this all over. I cannot imagine that I would encounter this in France. Also, there was an eagerness to remove plates, essentially bust the table, again while we were midsentence. I would suggest that all restaurants revisit this policy. We gave the impression that they were in haste to expedite our departure from the restaurant. This is a Monday evening.
