We wanted to try something different from most of the restaurants in the area and this definitely fit the bill! The dining room ambiance was interesting, but fun and festive. Everything was delicious, flavorful, and fresh. Our waiter was very kind and worked hard, but I think they were under-staffed because of the off-season so service was a little slow. Otherwise, we enjoyed everything! We’ll definitely be back. MoreOpenTable Diner -

Outstanding service and food! My husband wanted a grilled fish. No problem! The chef grilled red snapper. Best fish ever! One disappointment, the $18 glass of wine was less than satisfactory (although they did offer for me to sample it before I drank it and I said it was OK). My fault for not requesting another wine selection . MoreOpenTable Diner -

Waiter was great. Good wine selection. Food was very good. Ordered the duck which was good but not much on the plate. The potato carrot blend was interesting. The lobster bisque was tasty but could have used more lobster. Overall it was good and I would go back. It is expensive. MoreOpenTable Diner -

The 7 th Avenue Social offers locally sourced ,seasoned , creative , fun & fresh cuisine .
The menu is diverse , an eclectic blend of offerings which is complimented each day with Chef Everett Fromm Daily Specials .
We like to change things up. It’s not going to be the same items on the menu week after week. We enjoy working closely with local farmers, artisans, and suppliers to utilize the best of what they have to offer.
We offer small plates , salads, entrees and sandwiches . We feature an impressive wine list along with a craft cocktail list .
Just one important note ...be advised

“It all began in 1995, when the Varando family migrated to the United States from Argentina. They brought with them their love for pizza, pasta, and Grilled steaks. They decided to open a restaurant dedicated to traditional Argentinian home cooking and that is how Che Titos was established and for over 20 years it has remained a family business”.
On the north side of the Caloosahatchee Bridge, Che Titos Steakhouse opened its second location in January 2017. The restaurant offers seating for 200 guests with a menu similar to the one in Miami, which serves a variety of parrilla-grilled steaks and chicken, as well as pasta dishes that reflect Argentina’s Italian influence.More
