Every single touchpoint from the moment we approached the host stand was stellar. We had Melissa as our server and she was so incredible and warm and friendly. Our meals were delicious and we would absolutely come back to Sails. The service, food, and experience was impeccable.

Definitely a go to for Italian when in Naples, FL. Great service, excellent food, and they generally have an early dining menu that is reasonably priced. The chicken fra diavolo is my new favorite and I will get that every time as long as it’s on their menu. Of all the restaurants in Naples this is always consistent, high quality food and one of my favorites.

Excellent service nice waiter very attentive couldn’t ask for a better steak place even met the owner and was thanking us for coming in. They were at the moment under renovations. We had the 3 course special. 1st course portion was smaller than expected. However we were paying the regular price of a 10 oz strip and getting 2 courses for free with the special, so…. The strip was only middle of the road however, nothing outstanding. I might go back but it would have to be for a deal like this one.

Much to our dismay a reservation for an advertised buffet with carving stations /extensive salad bar /appetizers/sides/ desserts became an omelette bar with breakfast sides -which though good , was not what we expected ! apparently the advertised Xmas Buffet was from two years ago and we barely made the cut for the breakfast buffet ! our reservation was for 11 AM and the breakfast Buffet stopped serving at 11 AM. We were seated since we showed our confirmed reservation! Staff was confused n it took a bit to sort it all out. Never have had trouble with open table reservation before but this was a mess!!!
