Discover Denver
Believe it or not, there's more to the Denver food scene than the famous Denver omelette. This Rocky Mountain metropolis is home to some of the best chile rellenos in the country, green chile posole and Venezuelan arepas. The Mile High City is a real melting pot of food cultures, with Ethiopian cuisine, classic steakhouses, risotto your grandmother would approve of, farm-to-table bistros and tiger wings. With a thriving food cart culture, whether downtown on the 16th Street Mall, in Larimer Square or in the River North Art District, you will find plenty of innovative cuisine right on the streets. Denver is one of the sunniest places in the country, so take advantage of sun-drenched rooftops and outdoor dining. Don't leave without visiting a couple of the vibrant neighborhood cafes and farmers' markets.
