"This was the best meal in our 7 days in Colorado and this includes our stay at the Broadmoor. I believe our server’s name was Katie and she was awesome-friendly, timely, and offered great suggestions. We had the grilled avocado and the smoked trout appetizers. The flavors didn’t work well together but separately they were outstanding dishes. The grilled avocado with the homemade tortillas was particularly delicious. My husband I both loved our entrees but agreed that mine was the better of the two. I had the cedar planked salmon with local mushrooms. We were only in Boulder 3 nights and wanted to experience several restaurants, but it was hard to not go back to Riffs. They are doing the farm to table concept very well."See more
