The Vienna Room, The Cave, and The Blue Room were all part of the Steuben's space and hosted Big Band, Jazz, and Swing groups with The Rat Pack, proms and sweet sixteens, and more. Wow!! Now we totally understand the 5000 + five star reviews. Such a perfect evening! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and boy did they make us feel special. The food was amazing. Cooked exactly to our preference. (Highly recommend the fillet flight, mushrooms, brussels sprouts, and duck fat fries) But what really made the night was the impeccable service!

We LOVE lobby cocktails in the Brown Palace Atrium on Fridays and Saturdays with the John Kite Quartet. The music is divine, the staff is great and for those who might dance a bit, there is room around the lobby. Keep up the great work with live jazz and John Kite's wonderful playing.

afternoon pre-event at DAM early dinner . Greeted at the reception desk -by name to confirm reservation -Beautiful afternoon and window seating. Attentive and casual service - so "just right' from chcking in about readiness to order, re-filling water glasses, clearing plates and replacing flatware - this was a very high end service approach in a welcoming casual environment. Food was wonderful - brussel sprouts tender and a light dressing, my beet salad, partner's crispy grilled cheese with easy adjustment when needed a different cheese, french fries - well because we could. Even when the next shift was coming on and guests began to fill the place, service remained top notch. Coffee and a splurge of dessert - black forest cake - shared - was a delight and the whipped cream the perfect match for the chocolate cake. Kudos to everyone! First time at Ponti - hope to be a very repeat diner.
