We were there to listen to jazz, and try the new Mediterranean menu. The food was as awesome as the music! We had the spanakopita, baba ghanouj, garlic hummus, and the seafood spaghetti. Everything was absolutely awesome. And how can you beat wonderful jazz from 6 to 8 PM for free? French 75 was better than ever.

This was one of the best eating experiences I’ve ever had as an adult. Almost everything was superb and perfect. But my wagyu NY Strip steak was definitely over salted. They offered to fix but I declined, smiled and just drank more of that delicious Syrah blend to wash it down. I definitely recommend going the surf and turf route. Both the Chilean Sea bass and the Alaskan Cod were not only cooked perfectly, but very fresh high quality cuts that went perfect with our steaks. The extra attention they gave to my party for celebrating a birthday was truly special and left a great and appreciated feeling when we finished. Which by the way, dessert was impossible to finish but we really tried hard!! The best dining atmosphere and service choreography I’ve ever experienced. Excellent and highly recommended.

We love the Brown Palace & had our pre-concert supper at the Ship Tavern. Delicious food, comfortable atmosphere but the best part? Our waiter, Frank! He made my husband and I feel like the only people in the room! We so enjoyed our time here, because of Frank, the delicious food, good cocktails and because it's the Brown Plaza. Try it - you'll enjoy the experience!!
