   Terzo (tercero en italiano) propone un menú diario de unos 15 platillos pequeños y 5 grandes. El chef ejecutivo Mark Gordon se encarga de elaborar la oferta de cocina mediterránea. La carta de vinos incluye más de 80 marcas europeas y californianas, escogidas para ser maridadas con la comida. Entre el bar y el salón comedor hay una mesa alta compartida con asientos para hasta 10 comensales. Junto a la ventana delantera hay otras 3 mesas con taburetes. Además, el salón comedor está delineado por sofás de cuero, al estilo de las cafeterías italianas.
