- EEricHawaii •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoOur server Laurie went above and beyond with her service and all her recommendations. Her description of the various foods were on point as to the taste and what to expect. I highly recommend you try it for yourself. The prices alone can’t be beat. It’s a locals favorite.More infoTante's Fish MarketPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Wailuku•4.4
- RRICHSeattle / Eastern Washington •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOur family really enjoyed Thanksgiving Dinner at Haven's. We are all wannabe foodies so some of us can have high expectations when going out for a nice meal. That being said I was pretty happy to hear nothing but positive reactions to all the goodies coming out from the kitchen. The fish was fresh and deliciously prepared and our steaks were huge, juicy and flavorful. The waitstaff was very attentive and our primary server, Little Mick (he's 6'5"), had some interesting stories to tell about life in Hawaii that added to the charm of the evening. The restaurant is in a great location with views of Maalaea Harbor, for 3 in the afternoon the weather was amazing with just a touch of ocean breeze setting the mood and keeping from getting too warm. We opted for tables in the middle of the restaurant and were partially inside, partially outside but we still had a lovely view of the water and boats. We will definitely be back!More infoHavens Harborside Fish & ChophousePrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Maalaea•4.5
- SShawnaPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was our second time going to Fuego. We noticed that it is mostly locals but some tourists go there. The server mentioned it’s about 70/30 ratio. They welcome everyone of course. Just interesting to see that not a lot of tourists know about it. It is out of a tourist area so that’s probably why. The prices are fair for what you get. Between our party of 9, we got two tomahawk steaks (two people can share it), three ribeye steaks, and Linguine with Alfredo sauce and shrimp. Two others chose a different noodle with Alfredo and chicken. We all loved everything. I would say that the Linguine could have had more Alfredo sauce on it. But overall the taste was super good and it was not bland at all. The steaks were cooked perfectly. Everyone in our party chose a different temp and we all were very satisfied with what temp they came out. Our server was very nice and funny. He took great care of us and made sure we had drinks and the food came out timely. We sat outside and loved it. I highly recommend. Much different atmosphere than most of the restaurants on Maui and in a good way. Oh and dress casual or dress up. You decide.More infoFuego Argentinean Steak HousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Kahului•4.4
- DDavevipSaskatoon / Saskatchewan •6 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe stopped for a late supper prior to our red eye out of Maui. The restaurant is close to the airport as was a perfect place to have a nice meal before our flight. The food, wine, service and value were all excellent. We would highly recommend.More infoBistro CasanovaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Kahului•4.7
