Someone once told me that it’s better to have experiences and things in life and Nylos is a unique and very enjoyable dining experience it is intimate with a kitchen that’s transparent and a husband and wife team making your visit to their business as good as possible. The multicourse dinner has many unique flavors and as visually pleasing to be appealing and have a great impact, they use some modern tricks like serving CO2 infused grapes and smoke injected into the entrée plates, but I think it’s just excellent prep work and plating that the chef does the attentive if his front of the house partner that transforms the experience. It was my Partners’s birthday and she truly loved it. She had the wine service and she enjoyed it. If you’re a wine person, this is a good place to go. Its Pricey, so understand what you’re getting into before you go, but they are making every effort to make it a good value.

I’ve been a little worried since Bev Gannon no longer owns the restaurant, but her spirit continues in the food, service and atmosphere. We had a wonderful meal there. My fresh catch of the day was out of this world. Loved the fresh flavors, plating and presentation. I couldn’t help but get the upside down pineapple cake for dessert, which had been a favorite of mine for many years. Keep up the good work team. We’ve been commingling here for more than 20 years and you knocked it out of the park again.

The Soba options here are diverse and all equally delicious. The accoutrements add to the meal in splendid ways. Their sashimi is divine. The staff are delightful. The space is clearly designed after the restaurant’s name. Less is more. Soba is impermanent. A beautiful gem.

The food was amazing!!! We have been here 5 days and this is the best food we have had!! The pork hash bowl was amazing as well as the banana French toast!!

I absolutely love this place!! Great food and great ambiance a must when going to Paia!!
