This place is a hidden gem! Excellent quality food, and very friendly service.

We had the best time at NyloS. We ate here to celebrate our 7th Wedding Anniversary while on a trip to Maui, and it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The space is cozy and intimate, the owners (who are also the chef and serving staff) were friendly, knowledgeable, and very inviting, and the food was unbelievable. This was hands down the best chef-picked tasting menu we've done in a long time! We ended up having the entire space to ourselves, which let us get to know the owners better and truly enjoy each other's company. The owners were also very accommodating, as I was 7 months pregnant, and the chef tweaked his menu for me to be able to truly enjoy and experience each course as he intended to. I will warn you, even though each course is a smaller portion than what a normal entree would be, they still are good-sized portions, and with everything being so phenomenal, we had trouble finishing the last couple just because we were getting so full. I would still highly recommend reserving a table here at NyloS while in Maui. If we are ever blessed enough to come back to the islands, we will be making a stop here.

What a treat of a place. Try the old fashioned, it’s killer. Menu is fresh, local produce. A great mix of Americana or Italian dishes, so easy to find something for everyone. Nice wine list, reasonably priced. Great staff, big smiles, friendly and attentive. Can’t go wrong and definitely our favorite in Paia!
