This restaurant began in 2003, as an homage to the Brazilian cowboys who would cook each night by roasting meat over an open flame. If the diners are hungry, they place the green side face up and servers will come by with a wide array of grilled dishes on skewers. Whenever they are hungry, they simply flip the block to red.
