We visited on a Friday night at 6:30 pm. Food and service were excellent! We tried the raw oysters, ceviche, bruschetta and the scallop dinner plate. Everything came quickly including our drinks. The patio is beautiful with stunning views of the Rappahannock River. Bonus was that our pup got to accompany us! We would definitely visit again.

The waitress and ambiance were excellent. They even had flowers for the mothers in honor of Mother’s Day. The food was average in price and taste. Definitely worth eating at if you are seeing a movie, playing in the arcade, or enjoying Compass’s outdoor activities.

We had an excellent Mothers Day lunch with old friends. Our waiter was excellent and took good care of us. The food was delicious, from the appetizers to the seafood and dessert buffets. Our only comment is that the buffet, and price, weren’t mentioned on the website.

The Office Bistro has a fun, casual, decorative ambience with local art. But the lunch menu is truly exceptional with just the right variety of appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, and entrees. We split the pear Gorgonzola salad and cheese steak sandwich. YUMMY!!! Are server Nushi was fun and very attentive to our every need! This lunch occasion was particularly restful and enjoyable following our Northern Neck Home and Garden Show experience that was hot and exhausting with long wait times standing in the sun waiting for shuttle service in between homes being shown. Thank you to the staff and chefs for another fabulous dining experience!
