Cow Hollow Restaurants

Checked out their brunch and it was pretty tasty. To start we got an iced coffee - nothing special, and a vida fuerza which is a cold brew with cinnamon and almond milk and mint- very very good. It was 3 of us and for food we got the following dishes: guacamole- it was good but needed a bit more salt and a tad of flavor; esquite - was just okay and it was a bit sweet for a corn dish; quesadilla roja de coles - it was different and the flavors of the kale, brussel sprouts, Oaxaca cheese all blended well together; and the queso fundido which was the STAR of the show and we all loved. We could’ve ordered 3 more of those. For drinks we got a pitcher of their strawberry margarita and it was good, not too strong but enough to taste the liquor. You get about 2 rounds per person. And to end brunch we ordered their tres leches and all I can say it was GOOD! My only suggestion would be to remove the almonds and peanuts they add as a topping because it isn’t needed, and takes away from the delicious dessert. The waitress also got us an order of their kids churros and I’m glad she did. The churros were nicely cooked and crunchy, and came with two sauces: one chocolate and one caramel which was my favorite one. Overall the food was good and the service too. I’d go back!

Our third visit and once again, the food was excellent, the staff provided outstanding service, and the ambiance was wonderful. We’ll definitely be back for a fourth time!

Great restaurant. Best burger ANYWHERE. The staff is over the top. Love Emily—a fresh voice of care and compassion. A neighborhood feeling whether it is your “hood” or not. Welcome home for all.

We were celebrating a birthday and trying 6 Tables for the first time. Staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. Friends had called ahead of time to buy a bottle of bubbles for the table. The staff had written a lovely note and all signed the card. We all enjoyed our food immensely. We’ll be back again.

First time at Roaming Goat and it is now one of my faves! It's a quaint and cozy little Mediterranean style wine bar on Union Street, with an excellent variety of Euro wines and vintages. The food selection is also very Euro inspired, with a fine selection of small bites and entrees. We tried all the cheese plates, and they served as an excellent accompaniment to our red wines. Atmosphere is certainly lively, service was sufficient, definitely recommend!
