Encanto Restaurants

After two attempts cook was unable to cook their usually very good burger at a medium rare or medium doneness, came back pretty much well done. Waiter was very apologetic and removed cost from bill and provided my choice of free desert. My wife’s salad with salmon was done just right. We ate and will continue to be regulars at Prado. I’ll just stay away from their burgers.

An all around high end solid experience from beginning to end. Perfection personified with extreme attention to high level service accompsnied by exceptional quality. Waitstaff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Food was exceptional. Great wine and cocktail list. Only unfortunate situation was I ordered the duck after in being recommended by our waiter only to discover later that it was sold out. Our waiter more than made up for this. A great evening and a very memorable and enjoyable experience.

An escape to a faraway place. A place where plants are the only food source, and where creativity of cuisine is necessary to survive. The air is breathable by humans and there are plenty of tasty libations. Gravity in the bathroom malfunctioned briefly but other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience. 👽 🚀 🛸

We had SO MUCH fun at InsideOUT. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Usually at a speciality event spaces, you feel like the staff wants you out and is just trying to constantly turn tables. But at InsideOUT, they really wanted you to enjoy your time and make the most of the experience. Food and drinks were delicious and festive. 10/10!

Callie is unlike any other restaurant in San Diego. The food is delicious, different and exciting. I always order the Tasting Menu and am thrilled with the quality and variety of perfectly prepared courses. 5 Stars!!
