- JJohnChicago / Illinois •137 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOn my recent visit to Summer House Santa Monica in Chicago, I was impressed with some standout items that made the meal even more enjoyable. First, the Mexican Hash Browns were a delicious surprise—crispy on the outside and packed with flavor on the inside, with just the right amount of spice. They had a great mix of textures, and the seasoning elevated a simple side to something special. Next, the bacon was cooked to perfection: crispy yet tender, and it had that savory, smoky taste that’s hard to get just right. It complemented the sweeter items perfectly, especially the Blueberry Pancakes. These pancakes were fluffy and light, with a generous amount of blueberries in every bite, adding a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness. The drink selection also impressed. The Old Fashioned was spot-on, with a well-balanced blend of bourbon, bitters, and just the right amount of sweetness. It was smooth and strong, a classic done right. For something lighter, I enjoyed the Sparkling Prosecco, which was refreshing and paired well with the meal, adding a bubbly, celebratory touch to the overall experience. These items, combined with the great atmosphere, really made this visit special and memorable!More infoSummer House - ChicagoPrice: Moderate• American• Lincoln Park•4.6
- MMichaelLos Angeles •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis was a fantastic experience. At first glance you’d think it’s a small restaurant but it is quite large with lots of capacity. We were a table of 11 and felt comfortable. It’s a bit noisy and we couldn’t hear each other talk much but outside of that the service was fantastic, food was delicious and the vibes were fun. Thanks for letting us celebrate my aunts birthday.More infoCafé Ba-Ba-ReebaPrice: Moderate• Tapas / Small Plates• Lincoln Park•4.8

- OTOpenTable DinerNashville •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWhat an amazing experience! Yazmine and all the staff were phenomenal. Everything we ordered was perfect—the overpriced tomato (that’s what it’s called), the eggplant, the nduja rigatoni, the trout, was amazing. Will definitely be back.More infoDaisies ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Logan Square•4.7
