They combined authentic Italian recipes with the finest meats, spices, vegetables and cheeses and baked them in a unique and delicious deep dish crust, creating a hearty pizza like no other. Today, Uno’s Deep Dish Pizza is still made as it was then, with dough made fresh daily, hand stretched and covered with meats, hand-cut vegetables and freshly shredded mozzarella cheese. The crispy rice items on the menu were particularly good. With that said, I don’t write reviews very often, but the staff and service at Sushi-San was so amazing and hospitable that I had to post this review. Some members of our party were running late, but the Sushi-San team held our table for us. We also mentioned that we had reservations at a nearby cocktail bar right after dinner, and not only did they bring out our food super fast, they also called the cocktail bar and got them to shift our reservation 30mins later so we could enjoy our food! Truly amazing hospitality and something I will be telling others about every chance I get. Thanks Sushi-San!
