The Culinary Experience:
Enjoy food prepared using both classic and modern techniques with a strong influence placed on local and national, seasonal produce. At the same time, global ingredients will also have their place at the table, in particular items from Toby’s home country of New Zealand, such as fresh seafood and unique meats and flavours.
We believe the best steaks come from the best cut and quality. That’s why we get all of our beef fresh from renowned beef purveyors, Allen Brothers. Each cut is corn and grain fed USDA Prime steak that our chef handpicks. Each steak is aged for a minimum of 28 days for a perfectly tender, juicy bite every time.
It is our goal to give you a great meal every time you join us for lunch or dinner.
The lounge, owned by Julie Doyle and Tim DeLaughter — founders of musical groups Tripping Daisy, The Polyphonic Spree, and local fave store, Good Records (next door), promises to whisk guests away into another place and time.
The decor at HERE is inviting and chic: casual enough for your post work happy hour and yet dapper enough to channel your inner mad men cocktail party. The room features a large photo mural by Rainer Judd, daughter of artist Donald Judd, adding a touch of Marfa to the space which has been a long time inspiration and continued friendship.
Kenny’s Italian Kitchen is decorated with red checkered cloth table cloths, dark woods and the walls are adorned with black and white photos of friends, family and regular guests. A cozy patio and full service bar accompany the warm, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. You will swear you just dined at a neighborhood Italian joint in the Northeast.
Chef Mario’s cuisine is inspired by the flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean region. Signature dishes are Pasta Bolognese, Osso Buco, Crab Crusted Sea Bass, Ceviche, Three Cheese Spinach Lasagna, Farfalle Carbonara, or Bone-in Veal Milanese. Our menu also features steaks, lamb, seafood, hand-made fresh pasta, legumes of the season and a Wine Spectator awarded Wine Collection focused on the Italy-Mediterranean including a selection of Texas' rising stars.
