We are frequent diners at Joe’s and are never disappointed. We had the fried oysters, amazing; the tuna tartare, fabulous; and the fish tacos, you won’t find any better in Vegas! Highly recommend Joe’s for lunch or dinner.

This was the perfect dinner in all regards! The ratings of 5 in each area weren't higher because the rating scale stopped at 5. They'd be 10s on a 10 point scale. Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager and had a nice chat while the table was prepared. Our waiter Robin was outstanding all night - he checked in frequently to be sure we were doing well. The food - appetizers of steak tartare and lobster risotto. Both outstanding, the flavors were delicious! Entrees we both had the beef wellingtons. The meat was so perfectly cooked and juicy you could have cut it with a spoon. Amazing taste! The sides were Mac n cheese, Brussel sprouts, and mashed potatoes. All 10 of 10 but might have been the best Mac n cheese I've ever had. We did not have room for dessert. Also the bartender made an excellent dirty martini if you like those. The evening closed with Robin taking pictures of us in front of the kitchen. Again, a perfect night. Cannot offer a higher recommendation!

Definitely tip before hand. I usually don't tip until after the meal was planning on tipping 60$ after the meal in cash but they assumed I wasn't gonna so only got 1 refill and asked multiple people and they said they'd be right back but never were.... Only tipped 20 to the one server that did give me a refill lol.

The Brooklyn location has been on my bucket list for years. Just so happened we were going to Vegas. Definitely a good idea to out a top-notch restaurant around others. Jose was our server and by far was worth the tip and cost of the food. We did the loaded potato, oysters and steak for 2. It was everything I expected and more. We have dined at many steak houses around Vegas and i would return a second time. The only complaint I had was the wine bottle prices were so inflated it was pretty sad.
