Booked the VIP dinner experience on here and it did not mention anywhere that we would be sat an hour before they closed the kitchen so we did not get the full experience. Even the hostess was surprised Open Table had a 9:30 availability when it’s so close to closing. It was a bummer cause we could have easily gotten there earlier and done the full experience as the buffet was not busy; but we waited until the appointment time and that was a mistake. What was supposed to be a highlight of the trip turned into a giant disappointment. Have enjoyed everything else about my stay at Caesars besides the Bacchanal buffet.
When we arrived, we were initially told we could not be seated due to "not being on the list". I had to explain that we already made a reservation (showed on my phone), but was then told I must have made it too last minute. I explained it was made a couple of months ago but was met with skepticism and a bit of suspicion. The host went and got the manager, at which point I was able to pull up the original email, verifying the reservation was made back in February. The manager apologized and we paid and went on our way.
We received the seafood tower, which was somewhat disappointing. Some of it didn't seem too fresh, and the lobster was so tough it wasn't really edible.
All in all. we were at least able to skip the line which may be worth the extra money. I may have missed it, but if there was a way to just pay the skip the line but forgo the seafood tower or unlimited alcohol, that would have been more worth it.
The buffet itself is pretty decent. We definitely think the Wicked Spoon at the Cosmo is superior.
So delicious. We had Brunch on a Sunday at 10:15. The view across the street from the Bellagio was beautiful and the Bellagio fountain started at 11 am. The lobster Benedict was delicious.
Je me suis faite arnaque. .. 215 euros pour ça !
Et le buffet et très très gras. ....
J'ai fait le buffet du MGM à 35 euros qui était génial !!!
Food was excellent. So many choices and everything tasted great.
VIP was well worth it!!!
It was great for the wedding dinner but there was a lot of people there and they ran out of some dishes It took a while for the drinks to come, but it was nice but A bit pricy
The seafood was amazing!
The red wine included was poor quality, the white was ok.
Food was okay but for the price I paid, not worth it compared to non buffets. Will not come back. Overpriced.
My NEW favorite buffet in Vegas, perfect!
Food and service were great...amazing. The cashiers were beyond rude.
showing alaskan crab when I ask, cook said is not part of the menu and I have to pay extra for $120 upgrade!
guess its our fault, we expected "best buffet in vegas" but food was average for a buffet, didn't get much service, out seafood tower arrived mostly frozen. sorry ceasars.
Thought it would be better.
As far as buffets go, it was pretty good. Certainly though did not live up to expectations... and was not quite worth the $100. Good variety of foods, rarely a line to get anything. Our server was real nice and quick to fill our mimosas!
I had personally dined at the restaurant before this event. On this visit I brought my wife and family.
The reservation was changed from 4 to 2 for some reason.
I had to summon a server to take our drink order. We were constantly out of drinks and actually put our first trip plates on a table next to us to get them away from us.
The sea food tower was mostly a duplicate of the buffet and a waste of additional money in our opinion.
The service was good. The desserts were good. But everything else was not very good.
We booked a reservation for 2 people. Honestly, the food was below average. The crab tasted great. However, they did not really get the sand out of the oyster, which was unbelievable for such a restaurant. As for other seafood, you can still taste the ice on them, which is also disappointing. In addition to these, we preferred to start with some hot soup, but there was not one with high temperature. We also tried sushi and Chinese food and they were also just ok. You can always find these Asian with way better taste in other restaurant. The selection of drink was also limited. The ice tea tasted like peach drink, which was unexpected.
The service, on the other hand, was extremely dissatisfied. The waitress was nice and kind on the first glance. However, it went bad quickly!!! We barely saw her around and served us after that. She did not clear the used plates, and did not replace new folks or knives. We had to call her several times to get a new drink. And she even asked us for tips rudely after we finished the meals, while she did not really do anything for us!!!
We will not come back again to this buffet. This is just a restaurant being overrated!!
Did the VIP for my husbands birthday. All we get is a seafood on ice on a tier and sign that says VIP. Service was junk! Should’ve been more accommodating with price we paid.
I have been to a lot of restaurants and buffets, and the VIP service or Ceasars buffet was not worth the price. So when you walk in the place looks good. I was excited for the seafood tower, but when it came it was horrible. First off everything on the seafood tower is cold, sits on ice. The crab legs were not striped, so you had to crack open the ice legs. The place did not shave the spikes off the legs so they were cutting open our hand. Yes, there was blood. The oysters did not smell fresh and the other seafood was not even cleaned. There was sand in the sea snails and mussels. Now let's go to the actual buffet. Ceasars, do you know what salt and spices are??? All the food and meat was flavorless. The desserts were tiny and ok. There was only two things my table liked, our server and when we walked out. I would not recommend this place. For the price you might as well go to the Wynn. You will save money and get way much better food.
We did not know the seafood tower would b ice cold. Otherwise large choice if food and roast beef was very tender and good
Great food. Great service
Maria and Via dimir did an excellent job at serving us. While we were there for a maximum of 2 hours as VIPs, they never wavered on clearing our table or filling our drinks. With the combination of their service and the overall quality of all of the food options (even though the seafood tower was something to be desired), we cannot wait to indulge ourselves again on our next visit as VIPs!
We had an amazing time with the VIP experience at the Bacchanal. The staff is above accommodating and the food is outstanding! The seafood tower with the VIP is worth the price alone. Definitely will be back again with my beautiful fiancé.
Vip experience worth it! We did not have to wait in line at all. Our server was prompt. Seafood tower though took a loooong time to be served about 30-45 mins. Meat selection and taste was great. Seafood was not as fresh as other places we went to. My husband said the snail tastes like cardboard. But overall good experience. We would do vip experience again just to bypass the lines.
The restaurant seated us quickly and the server got our drink order soon after we were seated. It is a buffet, but we waited for one hour for the seafood tower, a requisite to making this reservation, to be served to us. We were told when we were seated it would take 20 minutes to get the seafood tower to our table. We had to request a manager to get the tower. The seafood tasted mediocre, some overcooked. It was not a nice presentation on the platter, just seafood on a platter.
Dining area looked like a cafeteria.
Very few vegetable choices on the buffet - salad and green beans.
I sat on a table next to a glass wall where there are lightbulbs from the bottom shooting light to my eye.
Hello! Our second visit to the Bacchanal Buffet! It did not disappoint. The food, while buffet, was single prepared quality. The service was fantastic! The desserts were small portions so you didn't fell guilty trying several without wasting! It was a nice return visit from our son's wedding trip 5 years ago! Thanks Caesars!
My Brother and I went to Bacchanal for a celebration, we both took ill and fell sick at the restaurant, we are not sure what happened, first my brother was sick about 45 mins into the meal, I felt sick around 30 mins later. We had a VIP experience, the buffet was really impressive, staff very friendly but we both got sick. I would recommend it to others as it may have just been us.
It really was a true Vegas buffet experience!!!
We paid $100 each and did not get our seafood tower until we were there for 35 minutes and the coffee container had to be replaced because it did not work; that also took time. The food seems to have dropped in quality since our visit last year, but there is a great variety. Will not return.
The food is discussing ...
Buffet in Cuba million times better then this place !!!
Don't waste you're money for this place
A lot of people, but the food, drinks, table, service were all excellent. That just couldn't be beat.
Food is wonderful, very classy. Away from slot machines, smoke and noise. You are given 2 hrs to eat, unreal dessert counter
We paid more for opentable, but server took a long time on serving us the all you can drink, and the seafood tower was frozen.. the regular buffet is always great. Not complaints there
Came in with crazy expectations and were amazed to see them being exceeded. One of the best meals of I’ll ever have.
Make sure you go hungry lots food to eat.
Honestly, for such an expensive buffet, you would be better off having a nice sit down dinner at a fine dining restaurant. The Asian and Italian stations were great but the American and dessert section was lacking in taste. The sea food was sub par and you could get better quality at red lobster.
I'm not exactly sure the additional price for the VIP experience was worth it. The seafood tower was impressive, but 3 of us eating couldn't finish but 1/2 of it. There are so many other wonderful choices at the buffet, but you would need to limit yourself to just the tower if you intended on finishing it all. If you have somewhere to take it back to it might be worth it, but we were flying out that afternoon. Lots of seafood gone to waste. The mimosa's are premixed pitchers, but your glass gets refilled often. We also did the red wine which was decent enough, also free pours. You could also opt for sangria or beer. The buffet itself is wonderful, lots of well done choices.
Such a great experience....truly felt like a VIP. The seafood tower was fabulous and the all you can drink sangrias were divine. Every type of food and dessert you can imagine were available and ready to indulge into. I can’t wait to go back and do it all over again :)
Great selections and great service. Something for everyone.
