Best Buffett in LV! The seafood tower was amazing!
Rushed experience that was disappointing and not worth it. Regular queue for normal guests is only 30 minutes or so. Once we sat down, the food started disappearing and even before we could eat the dessert, everything was thrown away. So sad and not worth it at all. We should get a refund.
the price $64.99 for dinner is not very satisfied !
I think I will choice another buffet restaurant!
It is still the best buffet so far in Las Vegas, worth to go for experience. Great Food selection and decent quality, and it has very nice environment compare to other Buffet. However, it just always need to wait average 45 minutes to 90 minutes which is big drawback. Since I took family, I paid $35 additional for express sitting, and I paid $105 extra for 3 of us which is a little bit scary.
The Ham was dried out. The Prime Rib was tough. The ribs were dry. The ravioli had no taste. The lobster bisque soup was so so. This Buffet is not worth the money for the quality of food. I've been here twice already in the last 2 years and won't be going back. I tried it again this time hoping something changed but it didn't. I purchased the VIP package so not to wait in line for 2 hours. the seafood platter looked very nice but it was everything I was able to get at the buffet except for a very small lobster tail. The Sangria tasted like red wine. I was just hoping for so much more flavor.
Not work the hype... avoid the seafood tower, not fresh...
Dinner was phenomenal! The seafood tower was absolutely delicious!! As was all the food! The crepes were amazing with the raspberry sauce.
Can’t wait to go back!!
We don't usually do buffets but it was New Years Day and it seemed a good choice. The food here is excellent and the variety is immense. There is a great Asian section with dim sum and sushi and all kinds of other interesting and tasty dishes. There is tons of seafood and even a crepe station. We paid extra for the VIP so we wouldn't have to stand in line but it was not necessary--there was no line. Maybe we were just too early after New Years Eve.
get in the line pay it~ that's all
Top buffet in Las Vegas.
Her name is H.Kumudu W. She was in the counter desk in front of buffet.
And I don't remember the name of him(maybe manager).
I can see in my receipt her name.
We were been 12/27/2018 10:27am.
She takes care of us really well and warmly kind.
We have been in there every December.
My husband, my sons and I had a great late breakfast in buffet.
Thank you for making our holiday is special.
See you next year :)
Food was good, seafood tower was okay, was very nice to be seated immediately. However we had a poor experience with the server which took away from it
Total disappointment! The steak, lamb chop, bone marrow, ham were terribly made and hard to chew. The seafood station served two kinds of crab legs, crayfish, and while I was waiting they added a kind of shellfish. There were also some other cooked seafood dishes but I didn't try. The waiting line for boiling seafood station was forever long. It took me 45 minutes to get to the station and had the staff (cold face with no communication at all) boiled the seafood (I put on a plate) to serve warm. Or you can just take them and leave without boiling them. Shame on the management to charge such high price on Christmas Day but poorly presented the food and made people wait a long time in line for seafood. They did add another line later while we were there (around 1pm) by the asian food corner, but that station only served crab legs and did not allow you to pick (staff randomly grabbed a few legs, boiled them and then put them on your plate). After they added that line, the waiting time for getting crab legs dropped a little bit.
We used VIP reservation via opentable ($98 per person including the buffet cost) and didn't have to wait in line for hours and that is the only plus we felt worth the price. That became nightmare for other people if they were walk-ins. The VIP reservation came with a seafood tower with lobster tail, crab legs, shrimp, raw oysters. The lobster tail was not fresh at all although other items were okay. The crab legs came with the VIP seafood tower were much less salty and fresh than the ones served to the public. Shame on the management again! You had to pay for freshness!? Other customers would not know the crab legs were less fresh and much more salty if they didn't have the VIP seafood tower.
The only one good thing I can say about is the service was okay. VIP reservation came with unlimited alcohol drinks and the waiter checked us frequently to refill our drinks.
We will not go back to this buffet again and do not recommend to others!
Javier made this experience memorable! Great attentive service... made us feel like a true VIP! Food was great and we will definitely be back
Very express and does not worth the price. $130 for a simple breakfast for two!!
If you order the seafood tower, be prepared for 'cold' seafood.
Celebrating 50th wedding anniversary for our Parents. Quality isn’t as good as before. Staff are friendly but lacking. Slow on getting our used dishes. They need host to guide you the buffet area or at least have a map on your table .
Recommend the VIP experience every time as it avoids the long lines and great service
Was probably the worst buffet I have been to. Bad quality frozen seafood, practically no salad items
Salty seafoods, waste money on unlimited drinks, variaty foods with questionable taste
Talk about disappointing! We paid $100 per person to be ignored by our server, sit with a smelly shellfish tower, and have mediocre food.
Perhaps we hit this buffet on an off day, but holy cow! The service was inexcusable.
We expected the food to be hit or miss - but service? Especially paying for a VIP experience, we just expected more - like not having get our servers attention every time we needed something. Which was only 3 or 4 times. Two drink refills, napkins and utensils. Silly us for expecting more.
Don't do it!!
Ruth , our server, was fantastic!
Food was bountiful and superb!
Birthday rip off and seafood tower was terrible. Every bite of any seafood there left an after taste ! It’s overhyped for sure . Don’t waste your money .
The buffet was great and the options were awesome! I would definitely recommend sticking to the hot foods and dessert though. The sushi and seafood tower were pretty disappointing. We got our seafood tower after being there for a 30-40 and it just wasn't great.
We purchased the VIP experience, so we were excited based on we heard it is the best buffet in Vegas. We arrived and they seated us quickly, which was a great start. All downhill from there. They put a VIP card on our table so anyone, including wait staff, could see it. No one came over for ten minutes, and the person was a busser who took pity on us. Once our waiter finally appeared he took pretty good care of us. Part of this package was a seafood tower. The crab looked good, but the shells (legs) were soft and the meat inside actually crumbled. I've never had crab that did that, and it didn't taste as good as it should have. The lobster was tiny, and it wasn't good either. The oysters were huge. Too much to try to eat in one mouthful. There was only a small container of cocktail sauce and tartar sauce with the tower. No hot sauce or lemon. What a disappointment. We ate some of the shrimp, which were good, but didn't eat much of the rest of it. So much other food to choose from that we didn't need to eat the poorly prepared tower. The elk sliders were dry and obviously had been sitting there a long time. We tried a lot of the items, but there are too many for anyone to try everything, which is a good thing. The fries next to the elk sliders were the best thing in the entire buffet. Very lackluster food for what you pay. I would not do it again. This was a bucket list item, but it doesn't qualify for the bucket.
Our server, Maria was not attentive at all. We kept having to ask other staff for refills for our drinks. We paid for VIP but she didn’t even bring crab crackers for our seafood tower. She was busy talking to her co-workers. The only time she was attentive was when we were almost done. She was quick to start removing our plates, including our seafood tower we hadn’t quite finished yet. She didn’t even ask if we were done with the seafood tower! We did however receive EXCELLENT service from another server who wasn’t even assigned to us. I wish I knew her name so I can give her 5 stars. Overall excellent food!
Waitress took 4ever to bring drinks
I made reservation on open table and apparently did not read about being charged the VIP price for this privilege!! We went with it and the seafood tower was awful. Not freshly made. Most of the seafood was frozen because it sits on a bed of ice. The rest of the buffet food was mediocre at best. Would not recommend very disappointing!!!
Amazing experience but the all you can dream no was misleading as it only pertains to selected drinks. That part of the BIP package is not worth it
Ordered the VIP Feast. Oysters were not up to par. Seafood tower and service was no better than the regular buffet. Only plus was didn’t have to wait in line.
So worth the price. We went on a busy Sunday and was seated right away the line was over 2 hours long. The food was delicious loved the seafood tower! Most of it was on the bar but we didn’t have to wait in line for it. Perfect “ just married” dinner.
Seafood amazing ! The waiter not that good
Not worth the extra VIP package. Still had to wait. Table not ready. Had to change tables. Not a diverse selection nor creative. Drink choices that are included very limited. Not one to repeat. Much better options in Vegas.
The brunch was fair. I didn’t not realize I was paying for seafood tower upon making the reservation. Very disappointed in open table not being straightforward when making the reservation. Would not recommend using open table again .
FOOD QUALITY VERY GOOD...SELECTION GOOD OVERPRICED
You have to try it. Seriously. So many options, great variety, a must do.
Do check Groupon before going to see if there are any deals, the pricing is a little steep otherwise for a buffett.
The quality of food was very good and better than most buffet places. However $100 per person for the seafood platter was not really worth the cost because the platter was not a lot of portion as I expected. Your really paying $40 extra for a pretty small lobster and king crab legs with unlimited alcohol but with limited selection. Your better paying $60 all you can eat & still her unlimited seafood, but minus the extras. We regret the seafood platter.
Vacay away from kids
I guess it was expensive because of crab legs but the sushi was really good, crab legs were okay, had better. Need better seasoning besides salt and water and they serve you crab legs. The stone crabs were not what expected but the other food were good
