We made reservation thru open table/VIP. [no waiting in any lines, all you can drink coors light, mimosas, and the seafood tower] . In my opinion the vip is worth it if you dont like lines thought it was great despite some poor reviews! There were so many things to choose I thought it was never going to end. Come hungry I didnt even get to try half. favorite was the lamb. service was okay felt bad for the waiters as im sure pepple dont tip crap.. will return again next trip
First time to Vegas and this was the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time!
This buffet is awesome! The selections were numerous. The food was upscale and delicious! Bring your appetite. It's pricey, but worth it.
The service was subpar, no one knew we had reservations online thru open table. I figure that was their job to know. We had reservation, but still had to go thru 4 or 5 people before we can get in bc none of the servers or attendants knew the restaurants own booking policy. Food was good, but restaurant needs to work on employee awareness
Extremely disappointed and very frustrated at the lack of proper explanation of reservation process. When I arrived, I was informed that i had to buy "VIP package" in order for my reservation to be granted. I ended up standing in an hour long line because i did not want to buy VIP. You should make that clear when I made reservation
The brunch was great, over my expectations. Everything was good a d only thing was the temperature of the soups were warn not hot. Still five stars on my book.
Expensive and excessively long lines. I had made a reservation but they did not honor it unless I was willing to pay double the cost. They also charged extra for "holiday week" but did not advertise this until we were at cashier. Long lines for crab legs and other meat dishes. Took long times for other dinner dishes to be ready. Often stations ran out of food. They put you on a 2 hour timer and make you feel rushed and uncomfortable. Also, unless you pay premium, they seat you in the back in less comfortable tables in cramped cave like spaces (as opposed to the open air front). However, the food we did have was excellent.
Worth the price. One of the top four in town but not number one. Seafood and seafood dishes very good. Lamb tough and gnarly. Waygu beef dry, tough as sirloin, little flavor. Slider patty was hard and dry, no flavor. Desserts very good. Tried VIP PACKAGE for $99. Table in very noise congested area. Wait staff friendly but very disorganized. Drinks hard to get, seafood platter arrived after 20 minutes. Forget the package and go basic.
Awesome service and food. Definitely worth the price.
Definitely not what we expected! Heard so many great things but not happy with options. Average buffet
Food was great. Unfortunately the staff didn't let our waitress know that it was a VIP table and we didn't get our Seafood Tower till halfway through our meal so it did end up being wasted. We also had to ask them twice to heat up the crab. They were very accommodating to add two more people to our table as the OpenTable app would not allow that choice on the app itself.
The food was absolutely phenomenal! The service was fantastic! There were so many options for both meal and dessert! Don’t forget to go around the corner it’s not just the buffet in front! We did the VIP seating and it was a great package! All the food was fresh nothing was weird or gross everything was literally perfect! Just make sure you go hungry! And take advantage of your full two hours! #LikeaCaesar #VIP
Paid for VIP. Don’t pay extra for VIP not worth it. Food was above average but not that great. And we thought that with VIP you can get any alcoholic drink but you cant it is only a few beers and some wines and mimosas. The cold crabs were not good no taste. Get the warm ones they are good and flavorful. My wife and i went for our anniversary so we tried the VIP. With VIP they give you a tower of mix seafood that was ok. Most of what was on seafood tower you can get from the buffet.
Best thing was booking this dine like a Caesar no wait , seafood tower had lots of fresh seafood , buffet is amazing and with lots of choices all the food is fresh and delicious do not miss the Wagu beef ! Service could have been better it was also a shift change also could be better if plates were cleared more often
But the food is great and I would do it again
If you don’t want to wait in line this is the way to do it !!
Food was good...service was awful! Our server was nonexistent. Not sure if he was just too busy or just didn't care. The disappointing part was that we complained to the manager and his retort was, well you you want your $25 tip back??? Umm no...we would like decent service please. Ugh...such a disappointing experience considering I love this buffet!
I heard that this was the best buffet ever. And if you are a meat lover, it probably is. But, if you are like me and only eat seafood, occasionally chicken and mostly vegetables, this is not the place for you. I even paid extra for the seafood tower. It was definitely a statement piece and not to appease your tastebuds. All the seafood was bland and cold. I expected cold. But bland is an understatement. Everything on the tower tasted like cold slightly salty water. The mashed potatoes and sushi were the best things on the buffet. Even the desserts were lacking. I’ve been to way better buffets in Atlanta like Copeland’s and Pappadeaux’s. I will be back to Vegas in September and I will be sure to skip this place.
Omg! One the best running experiences I’ve ever had! Love it !!!!
Great experience- I highly recommend the VIP. Well worth the additional cost
My sister’s birthday
This place was absolutely amazing!! The food and drinks were delish! & the service was outstanding! Would def go back and well worth the money!
Molto bello!!! Prenotando con OpenTable ci hanno dato un tavolo riservato vip e la torre di pesce!! Dolci favolosi
We definitely understand now why it was voted the best buffet in Vegas. It was definitely worth the money. I definitely recommend paying a little but extra for VIP. If not, be prepared to wait because the lines are always crazy long. The service was amazing and we can’t wait to go again.
Food was great, the vip seafood tower came a bit late though so couldnt fully enjoy it as we were already full
Great food great service. Had a wonderful time
Check in was O.K. No proper signage. We had a Groupon and they were going to charge full rate if they used the Open Table reservation.
Charged sales tax on Groupon. No one else ever does. Not sure if they are correct.
Food was outstanding. Even though I am not a Caesars fan and had to pay $18 for valet I would certainly recommend thus place.
Very pricey and probably not worth the full price but the Groupon is fine at $88 for two with Mimosas which the server refilled.
I’m really happy for the dining experience.
The only my complaint is my next table had a dog and shakes a lot so sheds a lot. Not happy
But other than that I’m not complaining
We opted for the VIP Experience. Yes it’s $98 but the experience was worth it. No waiting in line, great seating, unlimited mimosas and drinks and this incredible seafood tower that had everyone looking and questioning how they could get upgraded to VIP (I’m not kidding - place was packed and no one walked by without looking, gawking or commenting. That special feeling alone made the experience worth the price. The line was standing room only by noon so felt fortunate and really appreciated the upgrade.
The food - you simply will not find a better buffet in the world. Our only regret is that you cannot try everything on one visit. Over 100+ (200+?) Items to savor not including the crepe/dessert bar with over 50 items by itself. Not exaggerating. Everything executed and presented like a fine dining experience and overall flavor profiles were great! Highly recommend this place for many visits if for no other reason than to try everything once. You’d pay $50 for Texas de Brazil just a few miles away, which is very good but for the same money, this place puts TdB, and 99% of the buffets you’ll encounter anywhere, to shame!!
vip experience over rated, food choices ok, not a good selection at the Italian station, good selection of dim sum, good dessert selection. downside kids running through seating area.
Terrible system. You cannot get a reservation on the same day. That means there is a long line of people without reservations who have to wait 30 minutes to "check in". Checking in means being admitted to wait in line for 30-45 minutes to pay. After paying you go to another line for another 30-45 minutes. All the while people in groups or with reservations are flowing in,
There is no rationale given for not allowing same- day reservations, despite the existence of many legitimate reasons a person might seek same-day reservations. This is a poor response to a problem of their own making. either there should be no reservations at all (all drop-ins) or no drop-ins .
Nothing great about this place at all! food was board line okay. Spend your money at Wicked much better buffet spot than here!
VIP buffet. $99 per person. Not worth the money
What can I say?! My brunch experience was great from start to finish. We were greeted by the waitress upon getting seated. We placed our drink orders, dropped off our stuff at the table and began to scout out the buffet options. You definitely need to do at least 1 lap around the full buffet to take it all in. Three plates of food later, we were almost in a food combo but still left some room for dessert. Dessert was less overwhelming as here was Judy one station of goodies to choose from. Drinks never went below half empty and dirty plates were gone from the table as soon as we returned from getting another serving.
All in all, a great experience and I can’t wait to come back.
We were very disappointed that they did not have the RIB EYE STEAK -one of the main reasons we went there. Seafood on the Tower was tasteless, beautifully impressive to look at though. Prime Rib was good but very fatty, lamb t-bone was tough, tasteless and dry -another big disappointment. Lots of options and well attended to buffet. Our servers kept taking away items we specially requested, like lemon for seafood, etc., frustrating. We bought the VIP pkg so yeah, they should have asked before taking items away. Also, it felt like we were just supposed to figure it out in terms of VIP options. Servers did not communicate well. Desserts were more beautiful than they tasted, but there were a few worth eating. Coconut macaroons the best I've ever had and covered strawberries were nice and beautiful. All in all, next time I will go to the Sterling Buffet to get better quality and VIP service.
Everything was amazing. We got the VIP treatment which included a tower of seafood. Overall, very good service. The mimosas were super delicious too ;-)
Exceptional, unequivocally the best buffet in Las Vegas, the size of the buffet, the amount of its options and the quality of its options are supreme.
Seafood platter was a big disappointment. Lobsters tiny. Also the oysters. Afraid to eat oysters because it did not look fresh.
