Hostess were rude. Waiter sucked. Food was average and over priced.
AMAZING And delicious food from #gordonramsaypubandgrill in @caesarspalace ! Mrs Fingas and I got there during pub hour and said we will have one of everything on the pub bites menu. 🍔The mini pub burger was immaculate with arugula and smoked tomato aioli. 🥔Truffle fries were the greatest thing I’ve ever eaten. 🍗The hellfire wings were the perfect amount of heat and flavor with an almost teriyaki mixed with hot sauce taste (especially when dipped in the garlic aioli sauce)! 🥨The pretzel sticks dipped in every sauce were wonderful, and the 🐷pig in a blanket..man I never thought I could love a pig in a blanket so much. The sausage had the perfect bite and the croissant was melt in your mouth buttery, soft, and flaky. Probably the best dining experience by far for this Fingas. #fingafoods #happyvalentinesday
We are vacationing de Montreal. This was a great experience!! Our server was charming and so helpful with our selectionS. Very friendly and knowledgeable!!
Never had a bad experience at a Ramsey restaurant. Always top notch
The wings missed the mark but beef Wellington and fish and chips are worth the splurge.
First time at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Food was excellent service was good but a little slow. It is a bit pricey but expected that going in.
The hostess and wait staff were amazing. They had our table ready ahead of time and we so welcoming to our group. The food was incredible! They had drinks out to us quickly and got everyone's order correct the first time. They thanked us for our business and were genuine. I would recommend them to our company and friends.
I have had the pleasure of eating at all of Gordon’s restaurants and always quality good food! The food is the type that melts in your mouth good! I have had several of the entrees and all excellent.
Great food and really outstanding service well done
We went for lunch and did the tasting menu with the signature beef wellington, scallops and sticky toffee pudding! All REALLY great. I would most definitely have this again in the future should I ever go back to Vegas. Everything was authentic and the service was really great. The price was also well worth it.
Just ok, certainly didn't meet my expectations. Food seemed overly salty. Don't know if was just a bad day or the norm.
Good place to chill have a beer eat a quick bite. Server was very friendly and nice. Way over priced.
We were disappointed from the meat- the steaks was not good to our opinions. The tomato soup was great and also the hummus...
It was a great tasting meal with great service
As an avid watcher of Hell's Kitchen and all things Godon Ramsay, I was so excited to eat at one of his restaurants and try the coveted beef wellington. We were seated in a corner table, which is sometimes nice, until you feel like your waiter doesn't know you exist. We eventually got water and drinks. Ordered our food, and when it arrived it looked pretty, but didn't give me the wow in my mouth factor. The steak was to be medium rare, which is perfect for my temperature preference, but was more rare than medium rare. Overall, disappointed in the service versus the food. Dish def. wasn't work $57.
Excellent food and atmosphere, This is a must eat when staying at Caesars Palace .
Awesome meal as usual! Absolutely love Gordon Ramsay’s Pub. Celebrated my birthday & had a great time.
Service polite, helpful and really added to meal.
Well worth the money.
Best steak of our yooodsy by far.
Horrible!! Too expensive for what's actually on you're plate ...Mac and cheese was very bad... Could barely taste the cheese as per the steak ... That was just as horrible
The steak had a lot of fat and served with decorative mashed potatoes..meaning less than a teaspoon of mashed potatoes!!! What a RIP OFF
Awesome food and amazing service. Ramsay’s food in a laid back setting
Food and service was great
Incredible food and beverages! I had a great experience and is a must every time in Las Vegas.
Just nit great, food par and atmosphere felt like a chain.
Nothing to write home about food & service:
- Food average (Prime Rib lukewarm, mashed potatos cold although french fries excellent)
- Service with a cold attitude
But the check:
- Just for Entree, sides and wine 165$ for two
To expensive for what you get. For 40$ more you have a much better experience at Mesa.
The food was excellent the sticky pudding was the best I’ve ever had !!!
Outstanding food, remarkably fast service, friendly staff! Was under 30 minutes from seating to our meal being at the table.
Food was mediocre.
Just beautiful ! Fish and chips were amazing and steak and ale pie !!! Beautiful food !!
Delicious meal! The Beef Wellington was the best. Would highly recommend.
Perfect location directly across from the entrance to Caesar's Coliseum which meant we didn't have to eat and run to our Van Morrison concert. Be sure to make reservations. Hostess and wait staff provided exceptional service and the food was yummy. Can't wait to return!
We liked the restaurant just fine and understand that prices are high at Gordon Ramsey restaurants. The food was good but my husband had a side of Lobster Macn’Cheese. The pieces of lobster were minuscule and it cost $25. We thought that was quite expensive for what he received. We both had lobster rolls..again they were ok. I would go again but we would order different items. The burger looked really good and the fish and chips appealed to me.
I had eaten here the night before and would rate my experience a 4 The food was delicious and the service excellent.
Lunch the next day was an ordeal that is unacceptable in any restaurant. We sat for lunch at 12:30 on a reservation for six. We had a seventh join and were told that it would be no problem. A chair was brought, but no place setting. Our server took our drinks order. After 15 minutes, we had to ask another waiter to check on our server. The server appeared with our drinks, took our order, brought a placemat and napkin, but no silverware for our new party.
After a half hour, our food arrived slightly cold. One of our party failed to receive her meal, a salad. After several minutes, we asked another waiter to find our server. After yet more time, I approached the manager for assistance. He apologized and saw to it immediately. Our server appeared several minutes later, surprised of the missing meal and said he would look into it. The salad arrived before he left. He responded that he guessed he wouldn't need to worry about it now.
The manager apologized and reduced the price of the meal for the table. 15 minutes after finishing our meal the server had not arrived with our bill. A member of our party had to go to the server station requesting the bill from our server. It still took several more minutes for it to arrive. 15 minutes later the server had still not come to take our payment. I sought out the manager who again apologized and said he couldn't understand why this very good waiter had failed to provide satisfactory service and would speak with him. The manager appeared 10 minutes later with our change saying he was sorry for the delay, but the bar was backed up. Total time 1hr 45 Minutes.
With a TV program that purports to stress service and efficiency, this experience failed on both in every way. I will never again eat in a Gordon Ramsey Restaurant nor recommend it to others for fear they will be treated in the same manner.
My wife and I made a reservation at the Gordon Ramsay Pub in Caesars Palace for right after a show. We jumped in the line with a few other folks and were seated fairly promptly and we enjoyed authentic English Pub fare. I have got to say that the food choices were excellent and at a price well below the typical Caesars Palace restaurants. They say the Fish & Chips is the ticket here and so after enjoying perfectly battered and deep fried fish along with plenty of steak fires I have to admit they are correct! Everything was good and if they could run the volume down a few notches, I would have given them more stars. Nice meal!
I had the tasting menu and it was delicious! The beef Wellington was so yummy!
Great food and drinks!
Very disappointed with service from start to finish. We made reservations but arrived over an hour early so we asked if we could get a table sooner, we were told they could do 15 minutes earlier so we said okay. Then we watched as groups of people arrived and were told it’s a 5-10 minute wait. So my husband put in his name for a table and we were seated within minutes! We then sat at our table for about 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order! Our shots were not full shots and my sprite was flat. We ordered our food and it was nothing special. My steak had so much fat. We didn’t even eat half of our food. When we asked for a manager we waited 20 minutes. Finally we just left I was not tying to ruin my whole night! I would love to see a refund
Yum! The toffee dessert was yummy!
Just expected more from a “Gordon Ramsey” restaurant. “Overpriced”
