Ate here before Adele show. Very pricey like every other nice or named restaurant in Vegas. Caesar salad was great, strip steak and mashed potatoes were really good. A bit disappointed in my scallop entree. Barely a good sear on them and they were way too salty (and I love salt!). Overall a good experience.

The Caesar salad was crisp and cheesy. I did not like the beer soak on the short ribs or the lack of seasoning. The meat was soft. The cabbage was crunchy and lacked seasoning. The best part of the fish and chips was the chips.

Had a reservation, wasn't seated until 40 minutes after reservation time. Service was super slow. Went at lunch, meal took close to two hours. $33+ for two pieces of fish and chips wasn't worth it. Gordon Ramsay should work at Long John Silver's for a couple of weeks and learn how to do it better. Cheeseburger was pretty good though. Suggestion is to avoid Gordor Ramsay Pub & Grill, unless you have nothing else to do.

the food was good but it is seriously over priced. Short ribs were really good, fish and chips ok. Our family of 4 spent $300+ and we didn't even order 4 entrees (2 of us shared the beef wellington meal.)

We came for the beef Wellington & they had a great deal (for $10 more than the Wellington alone) where you started with a fabulous Caesar salad (with perfect croutons) and a sticky toffee pudding to end it: It was perfection. The service was lovely and the food was impeccable. It’s energetic so it’s more fun with friends versus a romantic date, but it’s definitely a fun place to people watch and hang out with foodie folks. Great cocktails, too - super pro bartenders who actually know how to make a proper cocktail! 5-stars - don’t hesitate!

Food was good disappointment we could not order the kettle nachos at dinner. This was why we went. We settled for good food that was overpriced and oversized meaning the proportion. The place was packed and the wait staff was a well oiled machine. The female bathroom was clogged and not cleaned so if a bathos not cleaned and attended too what does that say about a kitchen🤷🏻‍♀️

My wife’s bucket list trip to see Adele and decided on Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill for dinner as it is in Caesars. The service was terrible. I’d forgotten what it was like to be served by a professional waiter, very very nice. We had the Ploughman’s board for an appetizer and the three course dinner of soup or salad, Beef Wellington & sticky toffee pudding (cake). The 3-course dinner was fantastic. If we’d of known the size (I’m guessing 5 to 6 oz) of the Wellington, we’d of split it. Delicious none the less. Seasoned absolutely perfect. IMHO The Ploughman’s board was a bit disappointment. It was all delicious, but very small portions of the bone marrow and bread. Sticky toffee pudding was out of this world. Caesar salad was good, but really nothing special. My wife thought the ale & onion soup was very good. Lots of flavor in that broth. We were originally seated at a 2-top in a line of shoulder to shoulder tables in the dining room. The noise was terrible. I am hearing impaired with 2 hearing aids. The hostess gladly reseated us aim a much quieter booth, which made our evening very enjoyable. I enjoy Chef Ramsay’s cuisine from afar, and was very very impressed during our visit.

We chose Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill as our Pre-Adele Concert Dinner; as a Brit living in the US (and my husband who has spent a lot of time in England and Europe) we were as a couple celebrating our belated 25th Anniversary were particularly looking forward to eating here as I am a huge fan of Gordon. To say we were disappointed is an understatement, the service was terrible (apart from the lovely bloke who filled our water and brought extra tartare sauce) our server was literally too busy posing and chatting to come over. Obviously the bar person didn’t know how to pull a pint properly and there was a huge head on the Kilkenny, which arrived after our food. The mushy peas were Luke warm & a tiny portion. I hope Gordon reads this because he would be very disappointed at an establishment that carries his name. I hope you do something about this Sir!

Food was pretty good, scallops and salmon dishes received rave reviews, the Wellington was just so-so and the potatoes were cold. The service was terrible. There was an inordinate amount of time between our starter and main course, and again with the dessert. Water glasses were not refilled, just very frustrating. Our server blamed the kitchen, but we saw other tables get their food promptly, so it seemed to be our server. Very disappointed. With all the great places in Vegas, this was a regrettable choice.

The food was awesome (crispy skin salmon and tenderloin++ and sticky toffee pudding) and the service impeccable. We were on our way to a concert so needed the food relatively quickly. Our server (and the kitchen) was super responsive and we had a wonderful meal and got on our way to the show with time to spare…..and we did not seem rushed at all!

Loved going here. The food was delicious and our server was wonderful. The only problem we had was the the gentleman at the front not sure if he was the manager or a host but he was extremely rude and mean. He had a very bad attitude and didn’t make us feel welcome. We had a reservation so it’s not like we just tried walking in. A person who acted like he did shouldn’t have a job at a wonderful place like this. He seriously should be washing dishes with his attitude. I would love to go back and hopefully he won’t be there next time.

Finding this place inside Caesar’s was the most challenging part of the experience. Otherwise, the food was excellent, drinks well-made, and the service was exceptional. The highlight was coffee and dessert. The coffee was smooth and the sticky toffee pudding - my goodness that stuff is amazing.

First off, I had thought I booked a table for Hells Kitchen and then found out night of I didn’t. I literally went to the HK website and somehow booked his pub and grill. Some of our food was cold and unseasoned. The cocktail was not good. The only good thing was the fish and chips. Our server seems annoyed when we told him the food was subpar. However, he did take off the cocktail since it wasn’t drank. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re with a group of dudes. Definitely not for a family.
