Nobu - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Dinner: Friday and Saturday: 5pm - 12am
Unfortunately, Nobu Las Vegas has declined in both service and food quality.
The Waitress was not very familiar with the fish and especially which was the most
fresh. After asking for thin cut sashimi, we received cuts on the thick side. Asking
again did not produce results. Both the Uni and Toro were mediocre in quality and high
in price. Very disappointing and will not return.
Only warning, not a complaint is it is very pricey
Nobu was amazing!!!!! Best meal I’ve ever eaten! The ambience for a date night was perfect. A million stars!!!!
We started off with a waitress that was very standoffish. It was out first time eating at a Nobu and we wanted a helpful, knowledgeable and friendly waitstaffer to assist us in our dining experience. We requested a different waiter and our second one was awesome! Not a place to eat if you’re very hungry. Everyone shares small plates of food that are brought out one at a time. Delicious food but V E R Y pricey!
So we did the chef’s tasting experience thing. There were several notable dishes presented but all were delicious. Each one getting better than the previous. Definitely worth trying!
Service was superb!!! Our server’s recommendations were all excellent!!!
Imaginative culinary genius! We have dined on numerous occasions at Nobu restaurants around the world, and Nobu never disappoints. We are particularly fond of purposefully sitting at the sushi bar so that we can watch the preparation and also get recommendations from the chef to try new dishes. This may be a several times per year 'must have' for us, but every palate deserves this experience at least once.
Nobu is always a good idea and never disappoints. Service is at all Nobu’s at the same high level. Never had a bad experience.
Second time visiting Nobu because it was so wonderful 2 years ago. We chose a specialized menu from the chef and after asking a few preference questions we had a 7 course dinner that kept getting better with each plate! They also have outstanding “mocktails” for those not drinking alcohol as well as a full menu of drink/wine/saki choices. Expect to spend money- but, it’s worth it!
Once again, Nobu gave us a special meal and wonderful experience. The service was superb—as we have come to expect, and the food items were each fantastic—photo worthy and “foodie” tasty!
My client feels that overall it's OK but the quality of the sushi is definitely better in Macau.
Fine, subtle and amazingly good.
Do not miss the sashimi, waygu beef flamed, miso cod, miso soup and special miso tart(like a cheese cake). Sake was excellent.
Special thanks to Colombia who made excellent reccomendations, and figured what we liked.
Let the chef pick the menu!
Very nice dinner went to the restaurant expecting good food and we were not disappointed!!!!
Food was good not amazing (price point should = amazing). And the service was simply terrible have had better service at chili’s
Amazing as always. Some of the best and most creative sushi in the world.
It was absolutely amazing and our server Jonathan was so knowledgeable and made such great recommendations!!!
We had the chef’s choice menu. It was so amazing. Every dish was delicious. The service was well-timed and the wait staff were excellent. It made my daughter’s 30th birthday the special experience I hoped it would be.
Did not recognized a birthday celebration. Food took a long time to come out.
First time here and the staff was extremely helpful with suggestions and course orders. Everything we had to eat was delicious. Highly recommend.
Once we ordered the waitress was less attentive to our table, so we had to wait a long while to order drinks, desserts, more dishes.
The service is slow, but I feel they take the European approach to service. Allowing you to take your time and feel comfortable. If this is not for you, then you will not care for the service. Highly recommend the cacio e Pepe in the pecorino cheese wheel! Despite it's size, it is definitely enough for two! We got the orzo meatballs (another great find) as an appetizer and we could not finish the cacio e Pepe -Lord knows we tried!
We have been to Nobu in the past and to this location once before. We were well pleased with our meals. The food is innovative and they present unusual taste combinations that you don't find other places. The service was excellent. The wine list is good. The desserts were exceptional. We plan to return here when we are in Las Vegas again.
This was our 5th visit and it never gets old. We would have liked to experience one of the tasting menus but we were headed to a show so our time was limited.
We wanted to try out some new things as we always seem to gravitate towards the signature dishes, Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail with Jalapeño, and Rock Shrimp Tempura. We couldn't resist the first two but our waiter suggested; Spicy Miso Chips with Scallops, Crispy Rice with Big Eye Tuna, and Wagyu Beef Tacos. We also indulged ourselves with an order of Toro nigiri. All were incredible and perfect. This truly is a great dining experience if you are into Japanese food and Sushi.
Nobu is truly one of the best restaurants we’ve been to . We’ve had many dishes here over the last 3 trips to Vegas & I can’t remember one we didn’t like . All sashimi & sushi dishes have been spot on & the A5 Japanese Kobe is fantastic. Nobu keeps it simple & lets the quality & preparation of the dishes speak for themselves. Expect a hefty bill but this kind of quality dining doesn’t come cheap .
The server was amazing. They have several options to choose from, I.e., you pick, chefs choice or servers choice. Leave the decisions to the experts. The entire experience was outstanding!
OUTSTANDING!!! Crispy fried rice is a favorite. CoD was outstanding. The waiter made the recommendations. Superior chances
Went for my birthday w wife, bucket list/always wanted to dine at Nobu thing. Really expensive. Enjoyed the food and explanations, plus combinations of tastes. Service was clumsy, but efficient. Excellent tastes. Will likely try other places next time not sure it was worth $200+ per person. Nothing provided as far my birthday, just a question from the server and nothing else - not even a happy birthday. Get the Nobu style tacos - unexpected and excellent
Service was ridiculous. I ordered a drink several times and never got it. It took the waiter 15-20 minutes just to get me a menu... I could go on and on. Totally out to lunch. For this kind of money this was unbelievably disappointing.
Outstanding food, expensive but worth it
Great service and fokd
Amazing food! Have been twice, will return!
Excellent. Server was outstanding, food was delicious
Excellent food, but very pricy. Portions are small, so you have to get many of them to feel satisfied.
Very nice place but not as nice as the Nobu in Hawaii. Overall I recommend going for the food and experience.
Fabulous experience at Nobu! Terrific service from very helpful and attentive staff. We enjoyed cold and hot dishes, shared family style, as well as sushi. Interesting flavors and beautiful presentation of every plate. Dessert platter was amazing! Also enjoyed sampling the Japanese whiskey flights.
A amazing experience
Our waitress was great!
