Nobu - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
We love nobu!!!! Never ever a regret!!
As always, great food, great atmosphere and the service was first class.
We had a great dining experience as always. Our server, Michael, was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.
The moment we walked in and seen the menu we thought it wasn't for us. But Heather made us feel at ease with her explanation of the menu and items on it. Not a big seafood/sushi eater and we knew this coming here. Wanted to step out of our comfort zone and let me tell you....WOW! The Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño to the Rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce and the other dishes were outstanding. Would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone to try.
Menus came out slow. Drinks were wrong. Service was subpar.
Whiile the service was good and the food lovely as usual, I found the price is ridiculously inflated at Caesars. Having done there before, and I was a go to place we were somewhat shocked at the inflated prices this time.Everything was much more than it has been in the past and the food no better. Also much more than even New York or Honolulu. We would not be dining hair again
Way too expensive for what you get...
It’s just the perfect meal. We got the chef’s tasting which came with lots of amazing raw fish, sushi rolls, black cod, and A5 Wagyu. If I was a billionaire I’d eat here every meal.
Love it there so much we went two nights in a row! Great food, service and atmosphere!!
Excellent in all aspects! Best Nobu is the one in Caesars Palace.
Service was impeccable with the exception of the hostess station. When I snuck away from the table and attempted to discuss dessert, since we were there to celebrate my sisters 50th, before I could say another word, a haughty response of “we don’t acknowledge Anything like that unless you order dessert” was the response. Needless to say, our waiter was more than accommodating when I discussed my request with him. I am amazed at the absolutely arrogant and disdainful manner in which this particular hostess behaved. I would hope they are not trained that way. Other than that, the service was amazing and the food fantastic!
Insanely expensive when converted to Canadian dollars .... but ...
Fantastic Food and service as always
Excellent food and service — worth the hype and the price.
Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing. Will definitely be back.
Great food & service
I have eaten at Nobu's many times when in Las Vegas. Each time has been a wonderful experience of foods with exciting tastes and wonderful flavors.
The wait staff are very knowledgeable and are very familiar with the foods they serve. Our waiter, Columbia, recognized me from my visit a over a month ago. That visit I was with my 3 adult grandchildren who all had food issue (gluten free, vegan, etc). He was great advising them of what they could eat and how the dish could be prepared to accommodate their needs. On my visit this past week with my two sisters, he knew my favorite dishes and suggested additional ones as well. I'll be back again soon I hope!
Very loud and hard to hold a conversation. The food was excellent though.
Love the pineapple drink!
Food was wonderful as was the service.
Amazing food and service! Let the ambassador of your cuisine guide the culinary experience. Sake and dirty martinis made the night.
Absolutely amazing food and experience!!!!!!
Service was next level. Food didn’t disappoint and the Black Cod Miso is a must. This restaurant lives up to the hype... a must try.
My ABSOLUTE FAVE!! This location is a MUST VISIT. I can’t say enough about Nobu. Anytime we are in a big city we always try to eat at Nobu. The food, service and ambiance is exquisite!
The signature menu was not really signature. I had a business dinner and we decided to take the signature menu to get a range of the best dishes that Nobu has to offer, but we were underwhelmed to be honest, especially for that price ($155). The service was OK at best and just didn't fell like a true Nobu experience, that we and my client are used to at other Nobu restaurants.
This was our date-night while visiting Vegas for a friend’s bday. Nobu receives critical acclaim as a trendy restaurant. However, we left completely underwhelmed. Pros: server advised the restaurant is Peruvian + Japanese fusion. Different, so I was excited. But what that means: this is a tapas restaurant. The decor is pretty, cocktails are unique. I enjoyed my port in lieu of dessert but...Cons: server was condescending. Portions were tiny (and not satisfying). Any place that boasts $45 for 3 nickel-sized scallops should come with a server who knows to learn his table, and recommend pairings. It’s also Vegas with a 9pm reservation - I would expect any server to ask if the table is celebrating something. The lobster tacos — micro-tacos is how they should be described, were very salty. The House Roll was very underwhelming. Essentially a rainbow roll but with the fish and avocado rolled inside. We had another roll and vegetable item but didn’t leave a lasting impression. Basically a $200 dinner for two that left each of us wondering what was the hype. This was confirmation to officially remove Nobu as a choice for my own milestone birthday this year.
A super special meal. We sat at the short tables in the front, the ONLY thing I'd say is that they aren't super comfortable. Other than that the meal was AMAZING. Yellowtail/Jalapeño, Baked Crab Hand rolls, baked cod...those were my favs but you can't go wrong! One of the most memorable meals I've ever had.
We scored a seat at the bar (our preference) and the food and service were amazing. All the bartenders were stellar with clearing plates, making superb food recs and making sure our drinks were refilled. An awesome experience!
It is always wonderful. Food and the staff are excellent!
The server was not ver good, the food was sub par and fish did not taste as fresh as it could have. Will not recommend or returning to this restaurant again.
Our waiter was absolutely fabulous! He suggested several different dishes that were all wonderful! Spicy margarita was delicious also! We will revisit this spot for sure!
Not enough sushi options, slightly over priced for the menu. Great service great cocktails.
Bill was Great! Thank you!!
One of the best meals I have ever had
Fantastic creative food along with excellent service. Great wine list too
Relative to CA Japanese cuisine, price was 30% higher, perhaps the high roller mark up for comps. Service excellent, food about 30% below value of price point. But we got to walk back to our room.
Food was incredible. Service could have been better
Our server was attentive and friendly. I tried the Barracuda, a first for me. It was excellent!
