Nobu - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Horrible service!! After our order was taken, our waiter, William, never checked up on us to ask how the food was or if he could assist us in any way. One of the other tables he waited on was a party of 6 who ordered an abundance of alcohol. Hence, he devoted more of his time to service them rather than us. I assume, for the potential of a larger tip. When we spend over $500 on a dinner for two, I expect at least decent service from this kind of establishment. It was absolutely unacceptable.
The restaurant is expensive but the food is delicious!!!!!
Always delicious. A tad overpriced.
My husband and I love Nobu! The food is wonderful with all the different flavors. The best way to enjoy is to try food items suggested by the knowledgeable waitresses and waiters.
Great service wonderful food, let your server guide your way you will not be disappointed
Overpriced for what you pay, make sure to order more food. The portion are small.
Some of the best Japanese food I’ve had
Nobu never disappoints! I always have to make a stop there when I'm in Vegas. Delicious food, impeccable service.
Great! Wonderful food & ambiance.
Blue fin Tuna with Truffles was amazing!
It was amazing, the food was great and our server Tyler was fabulous. He had all of the knowledge about the menu. I’m a server as well, and I was definitely impressed. Definitely coming back.
Mom and I came here as our last hurrah meal before we leave tomorrow. We sat in Arnold’s section, and he is awesome. We had the family style omakase, which definitely means more food! Everything was amazing. Everything. I love trying new food, and the dishes tonight pushed my palate in awesome ways. From the opening yellowtail tuna sashimi with yuzu and soy sauce, to the post-omakase dessert (the miso tart), there wasn’t a single dish I wouldn’t recommended. Absolutely fabulous service, mind-blowing food, and the perfectly full but not over-full feeling at the end of a spectacular meal - we will be back.
Some great dishes but too many misses on the simple stuff. Overwhelming sauces and over cooked food. Nice meal but not great.
Nobu is great.. The food is awesome.. this is actually the 3rd time we went to Nobu.. always a great experience.. we ordered the Tepan Yaki, and the Chef was really nice. We really recommend it
Absolutely fantastic and amazing. The flavours were out of this world and the service was outstanding. We went with the option of having the chef pick our courses based on a $ amount per person. Couldn’t have been happier.
Perfect for everything
We enjoyed the chefs tasting including the wagyu beef and every dish was amazing. Fresh and exquisitely prepared. The staff was terrific and attentive to every detail.
I can’t say enough. You must experience Nobu. We travel to Vegas three times a year and this is always my favorite part of the trip. A special thank you to Jonathan for the excellent service. See you in May.
High quality presentation of Japanese favorites, some deconstructed, some traditional and some original. Great for groups of 4 or more to take advantage of small dish format.
Best meal I’ve ever had, be sure to get the a5 wagyu
Nice set up and good food and service
Had reservation for tepan and told not available. Nothing done to rectify their mistake. Very disappointed since it was wife's birthday and had made reservations almost 2 weeks before
Amazing. Lives up to the hype. We ordered several items that we shared. The famous Black Cod zmiso did not disappoint
This was our second time at Nobu and we felt very lucky to get a reservation for New Year’s Eve. The service is impeccable, servers have an encyclopedic knowledge of every ingredient of every dish, and the vegan options are among the best in the world.
The meal was amazing and would be been reasonably priced for the quality of the food, but we went with. Bottle of Krug champagne which kinda bulked up the bill.
Everything was perfect!
Beyond magnificent. What a memorable evening.
Amazing food. Great service and the best sushi in Las Vegas.
There are not enough stars! The best meal ever! Cant wait to go back!
Outstanding food contrived by a chef genius. If you want Asian fusion cuisine that you can't get anywhere else comprised of the finest fresh ingredients.....this is the place.
Ehhhh it was ok. Been dying to try the teppanyaki. Don't waste your time or money and just order off the regular menu. Just ok. I reminded the hostess it was my husbands birthday and to put a candle in the cake and she confirmed she told the server and NOTHING. Not even a happy birthday verbally. Really disappointed in the service tonight, as we regularly frequent nobu in Vegas as locals. Even a place like cheesecake factory would remember to verbally wish a birthday or acknowledge it. Lame
The chef's tasting menu was hit or miss, with more misses than hits.
Ambiance: Nobu, but lacking. Being on the first floor and in the middle of a hallway/casino/hotel is apparent. But's it's Vegas... I guess. Inside the restaurant is nice, but it's thematically strange. There is a long skinny section on the way to the bathrooms where you can pop into a Benihana/hibachi grill... Bar lounge and different seating areas just didn't seem to mesh, but everything still had a top-notch finish, and the design was pleasing to the eyes.
Service: It was excellent. Better than excellent. Our server did everything we asked, and he couldn't have been any nicer about all of our requests. This is was probably the best service we got at any Nobu, and some of the best we experienced in Vegas.
Food: The quantity of food was appropriate. It was fresh, and quality, no doubt there. However, the actual preparations left way too much to be desired, and instead of actually getting "Chef's" Omakase experience, I felt like I was being experimented on with selections that, at one point, required me to spit my food out. Not all the dishes were bad, but I would say around 40-60% were forgettable, or unforgettably gross. Even the Waygu was bad, it was soft, over marinated, and had a texture similar to beef stew... Desert was great though. My wife had the Nobu Omakase, and I picked at most of her items, all were pretty good, and it was fairly priced.
Overall - the service was the highlight, and some of the food was good. This is definitely a Nobu in name, and can easily be skipped on a trip to Vegas.
fantastic food. the black cod of course, but the king salmon was the biggest winner of all.
Amazing experience!! Our server William was so knowledgeable and friendly. We had a fabulous dinner curated by our server and the chef. Loved it.
Tasty but after spending over $250 we were still hungry about an hour later.
Service was exceptional. Food is artistic, fresh, and tasty. We were served a round of drinks to make up for the drunken table next to us spilling a beer on me. Prices are super high but you get what you pay for. I do wish they would enforce a dress code. I know it’s Vegas but hoodies?
Amazing cuisine, absolutely worth every$$
