Good food but horrible service.
Putting their arms in front of your faces and forgetting plates included in the 200 USD menu.
Bad value but worth a try

Our server Matthew was really nice and very attentive. Food was great; the appearance of the food is also very pretty. Would definitely recommend the miso marinated black cod. Was a little disappointed that we couldn't order from the teppanyaki menu. The ice cream at the end was a little dissapointing as well - was on the sweet side for me personally.

Nobu was fantastic! Scott took great care of us. We were not familiar with Japanese cuisine and so asked him to create an experience for us. He rose to the occasion and we enjoyed our adventure tremendously. The signature dish Miso Black Cod was certainly the star of the show. It was incredibly pricey but worth the one time splurge! Not only did Scott do an incredible job, I want to also mention Jeff who said he had just started working there, but was very personable and helped us to feel like family. Great experience

While the food was good we had major issues with 2 of the dishes including an Uni Shooter that was noting but pure ponzu. It was like drinking pure soy sauce, and the whole table of 8 people unanimously did not enjoy the shooter. When we brought that up to our server she said she spoke to cooks staff and they told her they were “on point with their dish”. She did not offer to replace the dish or remove it from our bill. We asked to speak to the manager and the manager also at first refused any accommodation for our terrible shooter experience (which by the way was $18 per shooter). After I schooled her on proper culinary/hospitality etiquette did she finally offer to remove the shooter from our bill. That ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory birthday dinner. To add insult to injury they knew we were celebrating a birthday and brought out what we thought was a complimentary birthday dessert, but ended up charging us for it without even asking if that was what we even wanted.

Went with my husband for our anniversary. Had the absolute best fish of our entire lives as a first course. The Miso Black Cod on the menu is absolutely TDF! Melt in your mouth with a sweet salty, slightly sticky sauce. It was so memorable we were talking about it the next day! The service was great and the other items we had (yellowtail appetizer and one of the rolls) were wonderful but that cod...sublime!

Amazing. The Sushi dinner I had was a great sampling of their menu. I could have eaten 5 of those. Our server was so gracious even though the computers went down when we were cashing out. He got our party of six in and out within 1 hour because we had a show to catch at the Colosseum! Highly recommend!

Easily one of the best meals I've had.

We started with a sake flight, and was very impressed with the selections. Their dinner menu is extensive and can be intimidating. We told the waiter what we like and what our budget was, and we let the chef choose our meal for us. We had about 6 different courses, and we really had no idea what we were going to get next. Each selection was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We are disappointed that this wasn't our last meal of the week since the remaining dinners didn't compare. We will definitely be back.

Hands down one of the best meals my fiance and I have ever had! We dined here for a combo celebration - our engagement and my birthday, and the experience was PERFECT! Sarika, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable, and totally on top of everything. Neither of us had dined at a Nobu before, so outside of our knowledge of standard sushi rolls, this was a completely new culinary experience for us. Sarika guided us with everything, accommodated our dietary restrictions, and ensured we stuck to our budget and time (we wanted to thoroughly enjoy our dinner but also had a show to catch afterward).
The food was absolutely delicious, and the cucumber martini was the perfect accompaniment - all of the seafood was so fresh, the sequence of dishes presented was perfectly balanced, and we left super full (which can be tough to do when it comes to tasting menus/tapas style menus).
The service was also incredible. Sarika was the best, but so were the several other people who ensured every detail was accounted for from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
For anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or just a reason to splurge, Nobu will NOT disappoint!!

Went to Nobu in Vegas for a birthday dinner date night before catching a show. Nobu is right outside the Colisseum theatre so the location is perfect. Good wine and beer selection. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding!! Everything we ordered was amazing and make sure you save room for dessert - the Vanilla Miso Tart was so good we could only mutter curse words because it was too delicious for regular words.

NOBU is widely famous from NYC to Vegas. Financial, wall street, celebrities are widely known about NOBU which means it is outstanding restaurant in Western world.

After TAO and Wolfgang CUT in 2016, this year my wife and I decided to have dinner in NOBU after the show AAPEX.
Fantastically, nothing is send us down at NOBU, beautiful waitress, decent decoration fancy food everything is so great at that night.
1. Spicy Miso Chips with Big Eye Tuna or Scallops 17
Mixed Seafood Ceviche 25
Spinach Salad with Dry Miso 18
Beef Tenderloin Toban-Yaki 36
Hamachi Kama 24
Wagyu Gyoza 36
We have order sake(presents by NOBU self) and the most impressive one is Gyoza
It looks very normal from outside but the special sauce with Fried dumpling it was awesome experience.

As a result, it is the well-known place to hang out, no sentence could explain every detail on it only if you go there and have fun

This was our first time eating at Nobu and it did not disappoint. Our server was very knowledgeable in the menu and since I’m vegetarian, he knew all the right choices. He also told us how the menu should be enjoyed. The spinach salad was delicious. The others in my group eat fish and they said the yellowtail was the best they’ve ever had. The vegetable hand roll was also very good.

The restaurant was set up perfectly and tables were not close to each other so you could really enjoy your company.

I will definitely be back!

Most disappointing Nobu of all (~8) we have visited.
My Wife and I arrived at our check-in time (8 pm, booked over a week ago on Open Table) and asked to sit in the reception area as they were not ready for us). After 20 minutes with no updates from the main host or her two assistants, and seeing many other arrivals get seated, I went to enquire what was happening. we were immediately shown to a table, but in the "Bar Area" rather than the main body of the restaurant. Our order was taken and after another 20 minutes we eventually got a glass of wine (we would have preferred sake but the prices were ridiculous (again when compared with other Nobu's or restaurants such a Sushisamba which we had visited earlier in the week). The final straw was that we were told that our entrees {black cod for my wife and prawns/lobster for me would be prepared by different chefs and may not arrive together. What I didn't expect was that my meal would actually arrive 20 minutes later than my wife's - hardly a romantic dinner for 2.

Very, very disappointing and not comparable with New York, Miami, Honolulu or even San Diego.

I have been to several Nobus across the world, and always really enjoy the experience. Unfortunately not this time, the Nobu style Fish & Chips is a big favourite but I know not every Nobu has it on the menu so I always take care to check it is on in the particular Nobu I am trying to book. In this case I was happy to find it on the menu when I checked using OpenTable. When we turned up we then found that despite the information we had been given, it was not on the menu. I brought this to my servers attention but she was not in the least bit interested, just repeatedly stating it had not been availabe for around a year. No apology or acknowledge that this was poor on the part of the restaurant. I was really surprised and disappointed given the service I have come to expect.

We were celebrating my husband's 50th Birthday. Right from the hostess to the end, the level of customer service was top-notch. The Tasting Menu was unbelievable. Our waiter asked questions tailored to our taste & the chef created a menu for us. The presentation was remarkable & the quality of the dishes were very fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a must eat experience. it's well worth spending a little extra if you want the level of quality. Nobu & the staff made my husband's birthday very memorable. Thank you!

Spectacular dining experience. Go when you have at least a couple hours and don’t bother looking at the menu, just trust your waiter and chefs to bring you what’s fresh and what they already know you’ll enjoy. You won’t be disappointed. One of Nobu’s (Caesars) signature dishes (the beef filet under toasted onions in truffle butter), is the single most flavorful and satisfying course I have EVER tasted, no exaggeration. Words don’t do it justice, you just need to try it. The sashimi and sushi preparations are varied, imaginative, and bring flavor, texture, and style together in the most palate-pleasing ways. The price tag is not at all for the penny pincher, but it’s absolutely worth it.
