Nobu - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Dinner: Friday and Saturday: 5pm - 12am
The best dining experience you will ever have.... it doesn’t get any better than this!
What an amazing place to have a drink and small plates. Miso white fish was superb.
The food never disappoints! Excellent meal and our server was fantastic with her recommendations. I liked the pace of the dishes coming out and it was perfectly ordered for us - cold dishes first, then a salad and then our hot dishes. Service was excellent as well! Never had to eat off a dirty plate - our plates were rotated out after every dish. Can't say enough good things about Nobu!
We had a wonderful night! Thank you for the excellent service!
Loud and contemporary. It was very fun!!
Super disappointing experience! The food was nothing special. Service was slow - took 20 minutes to have a server come over and take a drink order. For as many great restaurants as Las Vegas has to offer, it was disappointing having a sub-par meal and dinner experience.
nice place with truly great service ... however for the prices just not worth it ...too many great sushi places off strip for 1/4 of the price ...for that kind of money you can go to amazing places on the strip (Robuchon, Picasso, Puck, Craft etc.) and have a much better ambiance and better plating ... this does not fulfill the full dining experience for the price
Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for menus. Waited 30 minutes for water. Finished our food before we ever got water. Felt very dismissed and looked down upon for not dishing out $3000 at dinner.
On a good note, Nobu is beautifully swanky and the food is very good.
This was my first experience at Nobu and unfortunately will likely be my last. Very disappointed.
Excellent table service. Service at the bar was a bit slow, but otherwise a fantastic restaurant. Omakase all the way!
Always my favorite place to go and food is always perfect. Would highly recommend always especially for sashimi.
I always pass by Nobu and finally made reservations to try. Service and ambience was great however the food didn’t impress me much from seeing how high Nobu was rated.
Kumamoto oysters - got 6 oysters with 3 different sauce toppings on them. The one with the Nobu sauce didn’t taste like much. Slightly disappointed but oysters were tasty.
Miso soup - just average for $7.
Black cod with spicy black bean - cod was delicious but sauce didn’t have any hint of spiciness FYI. Best dish of the night.
Scallops in spicy garlic - the dish has a slight spicy heat but not overwhelming. The sauce got saltier the more I ate it. The boyfriend agreed and he normally adds salt on everything!
Yellowtail & jalapeño roll - the sauce provided and recommended was too citrusy. It felt like I ate a whole lemon. Definitely not subtle like ponzu.
It’s a one time deal for me. Good to feel expensive but it won’t be fulfilling if you order only sushi/sashimi items.
The food is excellent, the service was not good we ordered 3 dinners, we got 2 and after 20 minutes got the 3rd dinner?? That was. Try bad we didn’t start eating so the food was very cold by the time we got the last plate
Prices are higher than they should be for some items. We questioned our waitress about the Gyoza - it’s listed with entrées at $39 (typically, gyoza /steamed dumplings are an appetizer at most restaurants and cost about $10-15). The waitress assured us that this was a great entrée, is served with a great pumpkin purée, so I ordered it. My husband ordered the sea bass. She explained it’s a family style restaurant and encourage us to share these 2 entrees, so when they arrived-we did- but we left feeling hungry. The fish was good, an average to smaller sized portion for one person. The gyoza were ok, nothing too special other than the high price (served over a little pumpkin purée more of a plating accent). So basically we left sharing 1 entree and what most would consider an appetizer- and for a relatively high price. Because of time constraints we didn’t stay and keep ordering. They do have sushi however, that was never acknowledged.
INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND. I absolutely love how the chef has missed Peruvian and Japanese culture.
Great service , food, etc! Nobu regular in NYC
The service was great! Staff well mannered and customer friendly
Love the food here. We always allow the servers to make suggestions as they are very knowledgeable. The chefs specials are delicious. Try different items everything is great!
Second time here and We h
They put together and amazing vegan tasting menu for my husband and me. The staff was amazing and food was delicious.
Excellent food and fabulous menu
Best sushi experience I’ve ever had. The lobster tempura was INSANE.
Food is very good and chefs at the sushi bar are extremely friendly and engaging. I enjoyed sitting there very much. However a bit disappointed at the waiting staff, just not up to the standard of the Nobu in London.
A well choreographed experience. The staff was AMAZING!!!! and so was the food.
Friends and I decided to give this location a try, food and service were good but a bit pricey based for the ingredients and dishes. Still recommend this to anyone who wants good authentic Japanese cuisine. Wish the menu didn’t use Japanese-English translated vocals, either just Japanese characters or English vocabulary is more appropriate, even one of my Japan friend didn’t recognized some wording. Also, a true Vegetarian friendly menu will be good, not just a set menu.
Very poor value. $225 chef's selection is disappointing. Only dish impressive was tuna with a little crab. Other 8 dishes are just normal and just of size of a bite; I was just half way to full when I realized I had finished dessert part. Worst part was the beef: it was cold. I don't recommend it all.
Had the Signature Omakase. Well worth it. Everything was excellent!!
So amazing!! The flavors were beautiful!!!
Great service!!! Wonderful food!!! Can not wait to return!!
Food taste was exquisite. Fresh and high quality food, wonderful sauces, creative paring of flavors that went together so well and complimented one another for a unique eating experience. The staff were very knowledgeable of their menu, very welcoming and make you feel at home and free to relax and enjoy yourself. Chris, our main server, was very skillful in putting together a unique, non-menu dinner for my husband and myself which will be our most favorite meal for a long, long while. Delicious meal, wonderful staff and casual, but classy, atmosphere. Thank you!
We were very well looked after and the food was superb
One of my most amazing meals ever!!!
We had booked a time that unknowingly conflicted with our plans to see a concert. We didn't know how long it would actually take to leave the concert venue and unfortunately we arrived at Nobu quite late for our reservation. They would only seat us at the bar and only allow us the bar menu, though there were still plenty of diners in the restaurant and plenty of dishes coming out of the kitchen. It wasn't that late, and this is Las Vegas, so we were somewhat surprised and disappointed that late night dining wouold be so restrictive.
Fantastic tasting menu with a variety of flavors, great service and amazing cocktails.
Was pretty disappointed in our Nobu experience. This was our second visit to this location, with our first being our best restaurant experience ever. This one wasn’t to the same level. Food quality was top notch and I can’t say anything negatife about it. However, one of the main reasons for coming here is the service and ours fell way short. It was extremely slow with us left waiting for drinks, utensils, and honestly anything the waitress brought out. Good came out perfectly timed, but all other requests took forever. The worst part was when it was time to leave. Two guys stopped two ladies in our party and accused them of trying to steal two wine glasses. Mind you our server gave us these special as “to go” glasses, but even still, our bill was $1400 before tip so if we walked out with two glasses, so what. Don’t ruin the exit over two glasses. Pretty soured on the overall experience at this point.
Food was outstanding - fresh, flavorful, well presented.
Michael, our server was knowledgeable, efficient
and Most hospitable.
Thank you all for a most enjoyable evening.
Been to Nobu restaurants before and the food never disappoints. However, our service and experience here was less than desirable. When you go to a notable establishment like this, the service is key as the food is always good. The service we received was not the best and my group was disappointed in my choice that evening because of it.
Nobu is amazing! Great atmosphere & delicious food. Staff is up & beyond.
Absolutely incredible food! The cod was prepared in 2 ways and it was unreal. The tuna on the rice puffs....insane delicious. Great drinks.
