Nobu - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Dinner: Friday and Saturday: 5pm - 12am
Fantastic food, and excellent service. The menu is quite pricey, but well worth it.
Had an amazing dining experience. Our server Columbia was outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant and hotel!
Excelente lugar y comida muy buena. Muy buen ambiente y muy bonito lugar
Great sampler menu $150 per person worth the hassle of figuring out what to eat.awesome experience .
Waiter asked what we wanted to pay per person. We told him our price and the food kept coming. No reading the menu. We gave him a couple things we disliked. It was awesome! The Wygu pit sticker is the best thing I’ve ever eaten!
Todo es excelente, comida, lugar, servicio... regresaría mil veces
Excellent food! Excellent atmosphere! Loved every minute...
Our server did not give us time to decide on our meal. Instead of directing the course of what a fine dining experience should be, he gave us so many options that left us pretty confused at the start.
One of the best meals we’ve ever had. Black Cod Miso is amazing! All our servers recommendations were spot on
The service, atmosphere and food were awesome! The sushi portions were very good. The tacos were super tiny and $12 a piece so that item I thought was very overpriced.
The finest tasting food I’ve had! Top tier menu is the only way to go!!
Always amazing! Never disappoints. Best restaurant in Vegas.
delicious i love cucumber rolls
The service was amazing. The food was beautifully presented. My husband and I both ordered the tasting menu (signature for him, vegetarian for me.) I would return to nobu but I would never order the tasting menu again. We paid well over $300 for dinner and many of the dishes we returned to the kitchen because we simply didn't like them. My husband and I were joking that they must have got a great deal on jalapenos because they were in about 80% of my dishes. I like jalapenos but i would have liked to have seen a little more variery with the ingredients. I should also add that the dishes we did enjoy were amazing. I would go back and order those again.
Was an amazing experience overall. The service was attentive without being overbearing but that was nothing compared to the food. The variety and quality was exceptional and especially the white fish and uni
Perfect anniversary date night
Our server was fantastic. He created a rating menu for us and it was amazing. We visit from NJ and look foward to having dinner at Nobu. The tasting menu our server put together was hands down the best one we've had and ge was fantastic
Food was amazing and unique. Our Server was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Fantastic overall experience!
Our best "date" ever
My best friend and I had a wonderful experience at Nobu. We agreed it was one of the best meals we'd ever had. From our server Ryan, to the outstanding food, it was superb. I'll be making appoint to go back whenever I'm in Las Vegas and will be sure to book through Open Table.
Love Nobu- food is delicious. The nobu in Caesars palace is open to the casino and the smell of cigarette smoke is really strong. The smoking is the only sore point. Get some doors.
Todos los platillos excelentes, una forma diferente de degustar la comida japonesa
Nobu is not only a restaurant but an experience which left our group in awe. we loved it
A bit pricey but well worth it considering its a beautiful and the food was amazing.
First time Experience was Awesome!
It was good. Nobu is just a big name restaurant, the food was good, very pricey but that’s Nobu everywhere. Been to other Nobu’s with better service. Sad to say I feel the food was good but it would have tasted better with improved service. The one thing that annoyed me was the $5 charge for eel sauce.
Nobu is Nobu. Small bites in original presentations. Servers do a good job of being on top of serving and taking away plates seemlessly.
our waiter was exceptional and really went out of his way to give us the most authentic and incredible experience
The quality of the food was not there. Food was over seasoned. We ordered the surf and turf. While the wagyu was expectilnal the lobster was overly drained in truffle oil, too much truffle oil for our taste. The White fish tiradero had no flavor and was just stiff... it needed something to make it enjoyable. Not worth the $500 tab.
I am a huge fan of Nobu and have been dining at at Nobu for a long time! The only thing I wish is that Nobu would enforce a stricter dress code. The dress code has become so lax that you’ll see folks wearing sweat pants and slides. Nobu is an upscale restaurant, however it doesn’t feel that way anymore since you see folks dressed extremely casual.
I wasnt sure what to expect. All I can say is it was amazing. I definitely recommend everyone go with the omasake option at least once. 9 courses over 2 hrs. It's a little spendy, but it is Vegas, and it was worth it.
We will be back.
It was really amazing food only thing I would kindly suggest is the ambience it was a bit bland I think if the added some floralcand art work it will make it more cultural and warm
Just delicios!!! I loved the place, the service and food awesome.
Got Scombroid poisoning from sushi. Other than that, the sushi was great.
If you’re going to go, get omakase. It’s worth it.
Unbelievably great food! If you want a food tasting experience that will be memorable for a lifetime.....go to Nobu at Caesars Las Vegas. Let your experienced waiter pick the selections based on your likes & dislikes. It is well worth it.
50 dollars for a thickly sliced, barely edible salmon belly sashimi. I go a lot to the Nobu in Malibu and this did not compare. I was very disappointed.
We had the tasting menu and I had said that I didn't like anything spicy. Our server was excellent and explained everything that was brought up to the table. I really enjoyed the food except for the couple of items that were still spicy. It was a really expensive meal £450.00 for 2 people.
I would recommend to go there if you are happy to spend out that kind of money.
