Hell's Kitchen - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Amazing! Stupendous! Outstanding! Phenomenons! A must do!
The food was amazing from appetizer to dessert. I have to admit I was blown away by the toffee pudding and signature cocktails. I knew the food was going to be delectable but the pudding just melted in my mouth! I really want to learn how to cook the pudding. Service was great and our server made it point to congratulate us on our engagement.
Everything was amazing! Food and presentation were good! Our server Garvin was priceless! A must try
We came to celebrate our
50th birthday- service was amazing, food was iconic.
Fantastic experience all around. Beef Wellington is worth the money.
Absolutely amazing. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was amazing. All around a great experience. We had a reservation and didn’t wait not one minute after it to be seated.
We had such a wonderful time! The food was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious.
Food was great and we even saw Gordan Ramsey, but we had a 8:15 reservation for about 2 months and got there 10 min early just to have to wait for 45 min to get seated. It was my ladies birthday as well and I wanted to get a dessert maybe with a candle or something but when I told our waitress she didn't even acknowledge it. Overall I would say 3/5 stars because it was clean and the lobster risotto was the best risotto I've ever had.
Overall was very disappointed. Made a reservation a few months in advance to celebrate my 30th Birthday. Reservation was for 20:15, we arrived at 20:05 to massive queues. We were advised that they were running behind which was fine. We waited politely till 20:30 before further enquiring. We were told that they were still working their way through 19:45 reservations. Annoyed as the walk-in queue was being attended to and seated as oppose to just turning away. Also a girl ran out and was sick all over the floor which was also off putting - hoped that it was alcohol related as oppose to food.
Feet were too sore to go elsewhere and finally managed to get seated at the bar. To be honest the hostess came over about 10 mins later to seat us which was good. Turns out that Gordon Ramsay was dining at the restaurant which I’m assuming cause the hold up!
Food was very underwhelming. Scallops were cold (no exaggeration). Beef wellington was faultless (10/10) and sticky toffee pudding (my fav dessert) was huge and average - supermarket standard.
Would not return or recommend. Wish we had went to STK as recommended.
A little chaotic on arrival but the food was amazing. Mr Ramsey himself was even there having dinner!
Honestly, we were so wowed the first time we went to this restaurant about 6 months ago. The noise volume though (even then) was so high that you could not understand the waiter. I realize this may be attractive to some (loud/energetic), but not for us ... we overlooked it last time because the food was so good. I wish I could say the same this time. The waiter seemed disdainful of our choices (we weren't pushed into the 5 course meal he wanted us to take) and the food, (which took a very long time to be served) wasn't like the last visit. The main course was dried out, lacked flavor and was barely warm. Our menus (we had two different ones) had different salad choices - the one I wanted was not available. While the experience wasn't our worse - it definitely did not live up to our fist visit; nor did it justify the prices, the noise, or the less than happy wait staff. To top all of that off - we had a reservation.... and were seated nearly 30 minutes after the reservation. Very disappointing on all fronts. We will skip this on our next trip.
The food was fabulous! Gordon was there with his family which was super exciting even though we really didn’t get to enjoy his presence. It’s nice to see him there. Our waiter was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. We loved seeing Michelle as head chief. Something we will never forget!
We had amazing service and everything we ate was phenomenal. Staff made sure to make the evening special, and we even caught a glimpse of Chef Ramsey as he was getting ready to eat with his family. Awesome experience overall!
Great enjoyed it so much great food !
It was absolutely fabulous. Our waiter was exceptional and the food was unmatchable. Will be returning
The food, although pricey, is to die for! Beef wellington was melt in mouth
I have been to Las Vegas several times in the last couple of years and finally got to go to Hell’s Kitchen. Oh my gosh I loved it!!!! The service was exceptional and the food was delicious! I can’t wait to go back.
I really wanted to love this. We were so excited to celebrate here for my birthday trip to Vrgas. The Wagyu meatballs were first and were cooked well and quite tasty. We ordered NY strip steak medium and it was so dry and overcooked. The potatoes were good. I would not recommend wasting the money to eat here unless you just want to pay for the experience of eating here!
I enjoyed it.I will most definitely be back...
It was a nice atmosphere staff was friendly and food was good
So amazing! From food to the staff! Everything was great! I was annoyed to see so many people getting so close to the kitchen to get a photo and stopping the staff to ask them to take the pic. Don’t be those people! We had dinner then went back the next day for lunch! Both meals were amazing! We will be back
The experience and food was amazing! The waiters were very friendly and quick. We never had an empty glass nor dirty table. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the burger I got had a very soggy bun. I could not even eat half before it started falling apart. Otherwise it was great.
The lobster risotto was absolutely delicious! The service was outstanding !! My server was extremely pleasant and attentive.
Simply delicious and at a great location! The lobster risotto is amazing and the Tomahawk cooked to perfection.
Amazing food and atmosphere! Highly recommend it!
The food was VERY disappointed and it was not worth the price we pay. I ordered the seafood tower, there were 3 tiny oysters and 2 out of 3 weren't fresh. The lobster, king crab, and the shrimps were frozen. I expect the quality of the food would be much higher standard because it is Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. The beef wellington was ok, but again, not worth $80. Pan seared scallop was blank, under-seasoning and the scallop was over-cooked.
We would come back if one of our friends want to come to try out, but in general, we don't think we would like to come back because the quality of the food was way to low from the standard. GORDON! We love you on the shows, but I think you need to check the kitchen team's skill and the quality of the ingredients.
Amazing all around... Only one thing would've made it better and that's Gordon Ramsey being there yelling 😄
Amazing experience at Hells Kitchen. Deon our server was fantastic, very personable and attentive to our needs. I recommend Hells Kitchen is Las Vegas to everyone.
Our main course was brought to our table prior to our appetizer and salad. They took the main course back and brought the appetizer and salad back. After they cleared our plates we waited over an hour for our main course and our waiter did not check of we wanted another drink or apologize for our wait. He did say he would remove our dessert from the bill but he did not. I don’t normally write reviews but felt I should due to how much we spent. Loves the food and restaurant.
Awesome food. Well worth the price, will definitely be back
Best Caesar salad I've ever had, the beef wellington was out of this world, and the sticky toffee pudding was super yummy
Our waiter was excellent!! but the food was just ok and we did not think it was worth the price. I guess maybe our expectations were too high.
Brought my daughter to Hell’s Kitchen and it was so great! Very much a must do in Vegas
Food was average at best. Overall I was disappointed.
Food quality does not live up expectation as celebrity chef charging $80 for 3 course meal
Loved that they started you off with a complimentary risotto lobster dish. Amazing. Then the appetizer was delicious. Beef Wellington amazing. The desert was out of this world. The waiter was very very good.
I wish they had a Hells Kitchen in Montreal I would be there all the time.
My second time visiting Hell's Kitchen was even better than the first! The food was wonderful, slightly different than the last visit but I like the changes. The glassed in area makes a wonderful backdrop of the city and the architecture next door. I love the atmosphere and the experience. I highly recommend Hell's Kitchen to everyone!
Excellent 13th birthday for my daughter and this experience was the icing on the cake, we got to meet Chef Michelle and my daughter was really excited and happy by the whole setup, thank you!
Over priced not what we thought it would be my freind had the Margherita pizza no flavor at all Hells Hamburger way over priced the Spicy chicken buffalo wings ok we I recommend it No I wouldn't
