Once again we were amazed by how outstanding the service and food quality is here. We dined with two other guests who happened to be late to our reservation by thirty minutes, any other restaurant on the strip would have cancelled our reservation. Gordon didn't. They patiently waited until our guests arrived and our waiter even gave them a free Sticky Toffee Pudding since it was their first time at the restaurant. We told our waiter we came for the UFC Sphere fight and he told us that "Uncle Dana" comes in all the time and takes great care of them there. Our waiter was so kind and took great care of us. We came last year and are even more impressed after coming back this year. We will be back! :D LOVE LOVE LOVE Hell's Kitchen and all of the great staff they have working there. It truly is a one of a kind experience. Highly recommend to anyone even thinking about going!

arrived 10 minutes prior to our reservation to then wait 40 minutes for our table. We stood in the lobby areas with no apology or opinion to be seated to have a drink at the bar. When we were seated we were sat at the far back of the restaurant with no view of the kitchen (we could have little been sat in any other restaurant on the strip with the same view). We were at the window underneath the air con unit and were both freezing throughout our hold meal. The foods was ok but far to rich or us both and we both felt sick the more we eat, we may have just been our taste but all the flavours were too over powering.Overall good experience to say we went but won’t be returning. On a plus note the server was lovely and very friendly

A great dining experience. Would definitely recommend coming for special occasions. Don't park in Cesear's palace becuase the restaurant is outside closer to the strip, not in the casino. Not too cheap on the wallet if that's what you're looking for, but you get what you pay for. Be sure to come on time to your reservation but still expect to wait for seating, we waited around a half hour to be seated after our original reservation time.

The food was fantastic as usual… we did however feel rushed. Our table was booked for 5.15pm and we were out of the restaurant by 6.00pm. We hadn’t even finished our drinks (they were pretty full still) and the server was asking us how we wanted to pay.
