This place is a hidden gem! We come to Maui 1-2 times a year and always go to Mama’s Fish House. NyloS will now be a staple of ours. The cuisine is exceptional and the flavors blended exquisitely together! We added the wine pairing and HIGHLY recommend it! Paulina and Jeremy are a husband and wife team. He is the chef and sommelier—everything is local and fresh that day—Paulina takes care of all else. Their wine selection is also well rounded. This place is a small intimate experience. Opening early this Fall, Lineage will delight guests with modern yet local Hawaii fare. The food at Lineage comes from a place in the past – a place where everyone gathered around and shared together the food that was laid out in front of them – food that is from the heart and filled with memories. Dishes will pay homage to those who inspire Sheldon, and will celebrate his familial roots (or Lineage), as well as the vast bounty of the islands.More

10 years ago three sisters from Thailand opened a business in Lahaina. The first sister loved to clean, the second sister loved growing vegetables, and the third sister loved to cook! So they decided it was a good idea to start a restaurant/business. The first location was in Lahaina. The restaurant was called Pad ThaI Restaurant located at The Wharf Cinema Center. Few years later a new restaurant came up called Tiki Tiki Thai Cuisine located in Kahului.More
Think of Maui, and what comes to mind? It’s probably ocean, the sun, sand, and great food! Kalua roast pork from a pit lined with stones is a must-have dish at any luau. The whole pig, or pig butt, is wrapped in banana leaves and is a Maui favorite. Seafood lovers in Maui will find tuna on any menu. This fish can be eaten a number of ways, most notably raw or grilled. No matter the recipe, you'll be eating a true Hawaiian staple. Enjoy the tropical atmosphere with a mai tai or ka'anapali cooler, which is a blend of rum, vodka, sweet and sour mix, orange juice, and pineapple juice. You'll feel like a Maui native with these iconic Hawaiian foods and drinks.
