This was our second time at Trust and the experience and food were just as outstanding as our first visit. We tried some new dishes and ordered a couple that we had really liked on our first visit. All them were amazing. We highly recommend this restaurant for both casual dinning and special events. More

Very pleased with this restaurant. The food was very good and the service was attentive and friendly. Craft cocktails were very good and different. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We needed to ask the waiter to turn down the music to talk, which was done. Mussels and broth were great. The salad (beet and arugula) was large and could be split and quite tasty. It was a bit on the sweet side, so some more goat cheese or salt accents would have balanced it a bit better. The beef bourguignon was quite good though only warm. All in all, we would like to come back. More

We come down from Oceanside to Ortega's for a special occasion. My wife absolutely loves the Baja style lobster. The service was very good and so was the lobster. We've been there 3 times on a Saturday early evening and the restaurant was not busy. Can't talk about what else is on the menu because we don't even look at it. The freshly made tortillas are delicious. The main problem in the Hillside area is the parking. It can really put a damper on things looking for a place. Ortega's does not have it's own parking. We went into a city lot across the street, put in a credit card for 3 hours and it was $5 per hr for a total of $15 for parking for Ortega's. However, our lobster was delicious. More
