- MMimiVIPSan Diego •18 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had an A+ meal at EOLs during a few day visit to the Pinehurst area. We loved the ambiance in the Rooster Bar and our host, the bartender, Zach. We had the Short Rib Risotto that came with a healthy portion of delicious pesto as a shared appetizer. Then we split a huge portion of Pork Schnitzel that came on a bed of the best barely sweet creamed corn you will ever have. The corn still had an appealing snap and the entire dish paired well sides of scallion mashed potatoes (which could have been hotter) and delicious asparagus. Drinks wise, my hubby has an extra dry martini that was extremely generous and I had a pink sparkling wine that was delicious and lightened up the meal. We did skip dessert only because we were stuffed but the sticky toffee pudding sounded divine. We'd absolutely recommend. There was a really neat private "room", seating 6 or 8 top next to the bar that looked like a chicken coop. Neat idea and can be reserved.More infoElliotts on LindenPrice: Expensive• American• Southern Pines•4.8
