Accommodations were made for gluten intolerance. Staff substituted mashed potatoes for pasta. Food was high-quality. Brussels sprout side dish was outstanding. Prime rib was cooked to perfection. The beef stroganoff was a bit confusing. I was expecting more of an intact short rib, smothered in a wine sauce. It was actually shredded beef with gravy. Erica, our server is an asset to the Cooper's Hawk organization and special thanks to the young, witty and energetic young man who got me chopsticks, allowing me to properly eat my pot stickers. Starters Warm whipped feta & herbs with roasted tomatoes excellent! Would definitely order again. The autumn squash salad very spicy. Could only eat small amount. Next time order dressing on the side if you can. Scallops tasty and cooked to perfection. We did wait an additional half hour to be seated, it was so busy. Food and service was excellent as expected. If you want the Beef Wellington for two, ask ahead of time. Our order had to be changed. However, the filet did not disappoint! Great wine selection. other members of our group had the Lamb Chops and the New York Strip which were delicious. Cheesecake for dessert was excellent.
