- PPhyllisVIPNew York City •57 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur annual Newport vacation would not be complete without dinner at Bowen’s. Our server, Rebecca, was very attentive. Clams on the half shell and Caesar salad were great starters. Our entree’s, halibut and tuna, were cooked perfectly. And dessert, carrot cake and blueberry cobbler, were delicious.More info22 Bowen'sPrice: Moderate• Wine Bar• Newport•4.8
